I am so disappointed in this restaurant. My family and I loved this restaurant for years and we went very frequently. Usually the service is really cool and fast but on this day the service was very disrespectful and disheartening. But the worst about the visit is when my 15 year old daughter spotted a big huge rat run across the floor while we sat and waited for the habachi chef. She was scared and I was disgusted. The actual owner actually witnessed this happen and with an attitude she stated "are you staying or not? This was just very unprofessional. We ordered sushi and they made us pay for it. I'm upset with this because we loved them.

Food is mediocre at best. Atmosphere is nice but restaurant is in need of deep cleaning and upgrades. Service staff friendly and very quick. Honestly, find another place to eat until it gets better.

We had a table of 5 people and we all got the all-you-can-eat-sushi. The food was mediocre and one of us got a surprise cucumber piece at the bottom of their drink. We understand those things happen and didn’t even say anything to them about it. Fast forward to payment, we realize they had included a charge for 6+ people. When we asked about it, the lady mumbled under her breath and said they charge for groups. We asked where it said that and she could not show us where and told us they were charging us as a group anyway. They also charge if you use a credit card, that was no biggie, I just wanted to include that so people know. For my bill, it was two people with a water and a sweet tea, and two all-you-can-eat-sushi. The bill was $80 after all was said and done. We will not be going back, we spend $20-$30 less just paying per roll at places that don’t overcharge you with rules they make up as they go.

Sushi was horrible. Had the "Sushi for 2" for $52. No flavor/freshness to fish, rolls were okay but the Sashimi needs alot of work. They served some tuna mix salad that smelled really bad. They push the buffet items and when you order something else, someone else has to come over to take your order because some workers don't understand English. Would not recommend this place.Parking: Parking fine.

The food is okay, the order was messed up. Not a big deal. Someone with me had a large piece of cucumber in the bottom of her tea that when she sucked it up put her off her food. Again, stuff happens. Time for the check and our party of 5 is getting the 6+ person built in gratuity. Simple mistake that was rectified? No. Not at all. Arguing, muttering under breath from the waiter. Made up arguments that can’t be proved anywhere. Fine. We would’ve left more than the 18% anyway, their loss. Then a random surcharge for amount of food, not mentioned anywhere. We had a few pieces left, not even close to a whole roll. It’s a pretty dining room, but the food is just okay and the treatment is not worth it. Won’t be going back.

You’ll want to watch out for extra charges. Five of us at the table for all you can eat, and they charged us gratuity for 6+ people. When I inquired the waitress mumbled something under her breath and said “This is a group so we charged”. That’s fine. Aside from the random charge that’s not advertised anywhere, the sushi is subpar as are the appetizers. Skip it and pay per roll somewhere else.

You'll want to watch out for extra charges. Five of us at the table for all you can eat, and they charged us gratuity for 6+ people. When I inquired the waitress mumbled something under her breath in another language and said "This is a group so we charged". That's fine, cool. Make up a rule thats advertised nowhere. Aside from the random charge that's not advertised anywhere, the sushi is subpar as are the appetizers. Drinkware was dirty as one of us took a sip of our drink and sucked up a piece of food. Skip it and pay per roll somewhere else. "All you can eat" isn't truly all you can eat.

The food is good but expensive. The chef show and seeing the food being cooked in front of you is cool. Every time I go I get the same waitress and she is very unaccommodating and has a rude attitude. Also a bad parking situation

Some of the sushi was good, some was a little slimy. The hibachi chicken brought to the table was not like the one you get at the actual hibachi side of the restaurant. Several of the things we received were not good at all: The miso soup and the fried rice were terrible. It's a lot of money per person to only like about a small portion of the food. Too many other options for delicious sushi.
