I walk in, and the hostess just looks at me. I say I'm just a single. "Well, you just go sit at the bar then." I proceeded to sit at the bar over 10 minutes without being addressed. There are a total of 4 people at the bar, and restaurants basically empty. I got up and left and not a word from anyone. Skip this location, service is absolutely terrible.I see and appreciate your reply, but instead of trying to make it right with me, either train or terminate the hostess who was working tonight, 3/14/24 at roughly 5:45-6 pm. Maybe schedule someone behind the bar since I never even saw a bartender. Alcoholic beverages are your highest margins drinks, right? Might make sense to have them prompt if you want to sell more. The bottom line though, is that the hostesses attitude at arrival sets your establishment up for everyone to have a bad experience.

I was cursed at and spoken back to when the girl with a long ponytail bringing the food to my car brought me an incorrect order and proceeded to berate me. How was this in any way my fault? She should quality check the orders to make sure its correct prior to delivering it to the customer, but instead, chose to take it upon herself to berate the customer who did absolutely NOTHING WRONG. Her behavior was deplorable, unacceptable and downright "ghetto" This person has absolutely NO BUSINESS working with the public. She should be terminated. THIS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE.

The Togo host was rude and unprofessional. She wasn't at her post for the 20 mins I waited after my pick up time.She also didn't ask who was next instead she stated name very rude ? to the last person to come in the door after me. Then after I said my name she held her hand as if to pause me so I said you ask for the name ma'am, she rolled her eyes and slammed my bag on the table I had been waiting at ?. After making it home I checked my food and I was given fries instead of the Onion rings we ordered ?. Also I tried to call no answer and I couldn't respond to the email sent for feedback because I wasn't given a receipt with the receipt number to reference my order! Please do better........

The blonde chubby lady hostess might be the rudest person l’ve ever met.Not again never.
This Applebees is phenomenal;) the gentlemen saves books for children is AMAZING! Also Anya is a wonderful waitress. The food was brought out timely and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience.

Alexis (at the bar is where we sat) was busy as heck, but handled it and I was so impressed. She was professional and made our experience wonderful. Drinks were amazing. Food came out very timely and was all delicious.My daughter and her friend were at a table, we were chaperoning, and their server was not as good. They complained of being forgotten, no drink refills and their order was incorrect. The restaurant wasn't slammed busy so I don't understand why they got lackluster service.Overall, I love this location and I am definitely going back.
