RUDE AF! I have to give 10 star service all day long being in hospitals it burns me up to not get at least half of that when I spend my extremely hard earned money at a restaurant! Some may call me dumb but I had a craving for their deviled eggs which were expensive but yet i couldn't even get a freakin hello upon entering the damn building! Especially considering I ordered curbside AND I TIPPED! Never again! #DisappointingService

We had a fantastic time at the Boulevard. We started with the 8$ cosmo drink special. We sat outside on the upstairs balcony. The weather was perfect and our server Justin was top notch. I got the prime rib and my boyfriend got the Hawaiian Steak! They were both delicious. We ended with the key lime pie!

I literally did better driving downtown to Ruth for my crab cakes. Or even driving to Rouses and preparing this food at home for less!! $28 down the drain. I guess I would get better service and food inside?? The crab cake is ice cold like it was prepared this morning & the potato COMPLETELY uncooked!

My first experience was mediocre, so I wanted to give it one last try. The server couldn't be bothered because we were sat in a restricted area, so the service was terrible. It was happy hour, yet we had to specifically ask for the happy hour menu. Prices were 6 food quality was terrible and such small portions. We had to ask for everything, more drinks, condiments, and silverware. We were out to have a good time. We closed our tab there and gave someone else our hard earned money. Do yourself a favor and just don't go here.

Have been there twice now, their spinach dip is amazing.First time had prime rib, which was great and 2nd was their pasta, don't remember which, pasta was mid. Their chibatta bread that comes with the pasta was AMAZING, fresh and buttery.

Had family dinner here tonight. Food and service were spectacular. I would suggest you try the smoked salmon appetizer, the wood grilled artichoke appetizer was also lovely. The wife teenagers and the little one all enjoyed their meals. Not something that happens at every restaurant. Good steaks good appetizers and delicious dessert. Our server was Ms. Crystal she was courteous and professional. She took very good care of us. This will definitely be a place the wife and kids make me come back to. Thanks.

I was given a $50 gift card by a French Quarter location employee but after our meal the manager, Pamela, told me the card had no funds. I would not have eaten at Boulevard without the gift card, it is stupid expensive for mediocre food and service. They want to be Houston’s but just aren’t .

If I can put a 0 I would.I usually don’t write reviews but this establishment is the worst restaurant I’ve been to. Seriously. Theres NO care for their customers. No one spoke to us when we walked inside the place, it’s like a wanna-be luxury restaurant but far from it. They sat us down in one table and it was dirty including the seats. The second one was the same! The part that really did it for me was a FRUIT FLY flew right into my face!! So disgusting. It was so bad we had to leave. It doesn’t even feel right to eat there. Don’t come here if you are not comfortable being around filth. Even the carpet when you walk in is dirty! 0/10. Atmosphere will tell you everything, just imagine how the kitchen looks? also the manager did not care!
