we were in the mood for wings so decided to try out buffalo wild wings; it was my first time so had no idea what to expect.we started off with the pretzel rolls and then got the lunch special with 10 wings and wedges. we got both mild flavor and lemon pepper. it also came with celery and carrots. we also got a side saladthe wedges were really good. the wings were good with the mild flavor better than the lemon pepper seasoning. the pretzel rolls were good and small, although a bit too saltyoverall decent food. more of a bar/drinks scene and definitely need more servers

Food was good, as it usually is, but service was terrible. Not sure if our server was having a bad day or what. But she constantly avoided our table, started walking away before we finished asking for things, asked for silverware, napkins -and water, but she walked away before we could get the word water out and bolted after dropping of the napkins. Several times would walk by and be deliberately looking away from our table, while being 2 feet from it. Never came to see how things were or ask if we needed anything, we had to wait and try to get her attention if we needed something. Manager stopped and asked if we needed anything and we said Mayo, and he still never brought it. Finally got a smile and ‘have a good day’ after she saw we were leaving a review online as we were getting up.

I placed an order for pick up. The person on the phone was rude and short. It wasn’t easy to even place the order. Well the minute I placed the order, an emergency occurred which resulted in me needing to cancel the order. It was less than 2 minutes after placing it, and I thought it was courteous to call instead of just not showing up. I worked in food for years and I know how inconvenient that can be. Once I asked to cancel the order, the person on the phone hung up in my face. It was the same person as before. That’s unprofessional and I’m glad I canceled the order. I don’t want people like that preparing food me or my family consume. I will never return. This location in particular has gone down tremendously in their service. I was trying to give it another chance after not being there for a few years. I see now why I stopped going. I wish I could give 0 stars to be honest.

used to be my favorite bww but they’re also TRASH like the one on clearview pkwy. my boneless wings have been rock hard lately. I overall hate bww now.

I ordered 10 wings with celery, carrots and ranch dressing for pickup.No body are in the front desk and when I open the bag in my room, surprise, just coming the wings.
There was a mouse ( maybe 2) running around while I was there. I wasn't the only patron to see it. I'm not making this up, and I paid the full price for my meal and drinks. So, I'm not trying to get anything for free.

Atmosphere was insane, employees were drinking taking shots with customers. I never seen it before.. When we got there nobody was at the booth, employees was sitting down but they did attend to us right away.. Everyone was on phones or not tending to customers. I can’t even tell you our waiters name, no name tag, and she didn’t introduce herself… We could barely get a hold of her when we needed too. She was helpful when she came around though, and she was attentive. Anyways, we got the Sampler appetizer it was good, and fresh except the nachos they were ice cold.. everything was stuck together the chips couldn’t be dipped in queso cause it was stiff from being cold..We got traditional wings DO NOT get Buffalo it was runny like grease very disgusting but the waiter did get me honey BBQ sauce I appreciate her for that. We didn’t get our drinks until it was almost time for us to pay the bill.. Everything was hot, the food was okay. We’d go back, but I would’ve loved to tip our waiter much more but the service was 5/10 :((

My experience this past weekend was good based on my last time experience about 5 months ago that went horrible. The chicken seemed a little over cooked but not too bad ,my waitress was very friendly and checked on us throughout the time we was there eating, but sorry I forgot her name . I enjoy buffalo wild wings menu of the large variety of wing flavors to choose from , I hope they continue to improve and become better and consistent with each experience.
