Buoys boiling pot is awesome. Love their char grilled oysters. BBQ shrimp is amazing.

We both ordered the Dungeoness Crab meal. it had 3 decent sized clusters, 2 potatoes and an ear of corn. The potatoes could have been cooked for a little bit longer, but everything was hot and fresh. I was also able to order a kids shrimp meal, as an appetizer. Our waitress, Sam, was quick with refills and she had 6 tables. The outside doesn't look like the food would be any good.. but looks can be deceiving.

Back in 2019 before the virus, I was home on vacation. Being a retired chef and being half Cajun, knowing good eats. The food and staff were A-1 because the food was fresh and staff made me feel like family.

Came here on a whim. Walked in kinda suspect because there was no one there. The hostess was very personable, so I ordered food anyways. THE BEST chargrilled oysters. Crawfish were seasoned well, I ate entirely too many. Hubby had gumbo it was just as good. Definitely will be back every trip.

From out of town and looking for a place to celebrate college graduation and we just found this place by accident. What a nice hidden treasure. Very friendly, great food. Thanks to our waitress Kayla, she was excellent. We will definitely come back here someday.

Went by with my family to have lunch one weekend as they were advertising a crawfish special. From the outside it didn't look like much. But when I went inside it was very clean, very neat and it was packed with customers. The crawfish were boiled to order. I have to tell you that they were very good. Some of the best I've had in the New Orleans metro area. We had some other things, including the gumbo. Everything was really good. The service was very nice. Be aware it is in a bar room. So don't be surprised. All in all it was a good experience and I would definitely go back. Give it a try, not just for the crawfish but for their other food. I watched the chef through the service window and he was working very hard at making sure that the food turned out properly. Nice place.

You won't believe how good the food is here! I'm not much for eating boiled seafood in a restaurant, but their's is so good that I can't resist. From perfectly cooked shrimp to well seasoned lobster and everything in between. That's not even mentioning the fried seafood which is on point! Crispy, tasty, and hot. I've had just about everything and it's all been good, but my favorite has to be their mac and cheese. Wow is it good and they don't mess around with fillers like bread crumbs! I do miss the potato salad though, which I though was the best of any restaurant.

Great neighborhood spot we recently found. The boiled seafood options are their signature dishes and they did a great job with that. We also tried the chicken and andouille gumbo, crawfish pies and blackened shrimp salad. All were perfectly seasoned and cooked. We'll definitely be back.
