I recently picked up 3 dinners for myself and my Parents. Carreta's has it going on with the takeout. I REALLY appreciate that they put the taco meat in a separate container so the shell doesn't get soggy. That's over and above!!! We got 1 enchilada dinner and 2 Carreta's specials. Our volunteer group met at Carretas for dinner. Service was fast and efficient; my server was very pleasant and super-friendly; my food was hot and fresh. The frozen sangria margarita was delicious!
