I really like CCs. The environment here is really conducive to studying. The music is soft. The coffee is pretty good. But the best things about this CCs is definitely the service. They have really good baristas!

Omg!!! They politely fu€ked my order twice???So I asked for extra caramel drizzle in the cup of my Mochasippi which seemed foreign at first but they assured me they understood I drive away with a drink that I can't even sip because there was SOOOOO MUCH Caramel in the cup... the drink also tasted like milk and coffee no ice at all lolol I go back I'm not even angry at this point I just want a new drink, I arrive and explain to them the drink isn't right they apologize and are very nice about it as was i, the drink is remade, i drive away take a sip and at that point i was mad ? the drink was horrible tasted like milk and ice it was gross, i was to mad to even go back because I swear i would've went viral ??♀️ NEVER AGAIN!! I usually frequent the one in gretna because ALL the other ones I go to are just as bad as the last however Gretna has a different crew or something because they've been messing up too with sent me to Metairie Rd.??♀️I'm gonna have to start going to Starbucks because I've given CC'S To many chances to mess my order up??♀️

I placed a mobile order and it said it would be ready in ten minutes. I went inside the store 5 minutes after I placed it; the drink hardly had any cold foam on it so I asked nicely if they could put some more on.. she (white, bald lady) said no because it had “already been there for 5 minutes”.. even though I came in 5 min earlier than when it said it would be ready. Sorry but it’s just weird to be dissatisfied with your drink that you already paid for and just be told “no”. Cold foam already costs almost $2.. At the location in Baton Rouge they are super nice and more than happy to fix things like that.

They put a whole chicken breast on they're chicken sandwiches and it's way too much. If you're gonna make it with that big of a piece, at least add more toppings

One of my favorite locations for coffee in the city of New orleans. The location is ideal, and the coffee is perfectly delicious and balanced (Community Coffee ☕ always is) . The staff are wonderful.Weather seated inside or outside you'll be treated to great views and a comfortable environment for relaxation, doing business, or passing by if you would just visiting the city.

I waited a few days to write this review because I was displeased about several things. The thing that was good was the code. They made my Americano perfect. The party was good also, but since I'm convinced that they're not really made on-site I'm not giving props there. lol. They were closing shortly after I got there WHICH THE SIGN ON THE DOOR SAYS but one of the employees had to walk around telling us he was closing in 20 minutes. I felt quite annoyed by that. I would have waited until closer to closing because there was still time for me to have been gone (I mean TWENTY MINUTES!) and I was just going to eat my pastry and skeddadle anyway but to interrupt me that early was to me a major faux pas.

Went in for quick sandwich . No low salt options. I chose crossant spinich&,feta, 1 left. It was limp&soggy.maybe they come frozen& heated in microwave. Very disappointed. Coffee was good.
