A very disappointing experience! I cannot speak as to the food, as I was unable to order. But the customer service is terrible!! My wife and I are both veterans and went to this location last month. They were supposed to be offering a Veterans Day special, and it was just like some free fries or something. Nothing major. But it wasn't honored. The manager, I think it was, an Asian gentleman was very rude about it. I asked him, so what do you not support veterans and he said that he didn't. I've never felt so disrespected. I've since reached out to the corporate and they were great, offering me a free cheesesteak at any Charleys locations. I'm going to save it for another time at a different store. Definitely won't be supporting this location with my business!! I advise everyone to do the same. In truth, I've eaten here before and the food isn't even all that good. The sandwiches are always dry and don't have much flavor. But we were at the mall anyway, and figured why not get something to snack on while we shopped. WRONG. Do yourself and everyone a favor and go elsewhere. Being Louisiana, there are much better and even cheaper options out there. Support a business that supports this country!!!

Not a bad place in Lakeside Mall food court; they put plenty of meat in the cheesesteak. Fries aren't freshly made but ok. Came here because Raising Cane's was shut down (Jefferson Parish water advisory), which then led to crazy lines at Chick Fil A which is what I really wanted.

Bought one Philly Chicken Cheesesteak with fries ? and 1 drink for around $10.50. The chicken was juicy and the sandwich was not dry. Overall tasted good for a reasonable price.Vegetarian options: If needed they can customize your order according to your dietary restrictions.
