The pizza was not cooked enough. Every type I tried was not cooked through. The crust was soft. The root beer drink was out and was never replenished the whole time I was there. There were children running around excessively, I was in fear of one knocking myself and my 91 year old father down. It seemed more like a playground for children than a place to eat.

The food was cold it didn't stay hot like it should've and the only thing they could say was our heating lights are broken make do with what we have. Rook forever for server to bring drinks and they were just sitting around playing on their phones. It was cold inside even though it was cold outside. I'm afraid of get6ing food poison from this place never going again. Very rude people.

Newly renovated and looks great inside. Pizza is good and I highly recommend. Arcade has nice, reasonable prices as wellEdited: bottled water has to be purchased as opposed to tap or drink machine option. This was a bit of a bummer. On the same note restaurant is still nice, service was great.

The price was super reasonable, only like $10 for the bar and a small drink. The salad bar was really good. But most of the pizza choices were pepperoni. They did have a barbecue chicken pizza that was awesome. The restaurant was super crowded. There are lots of dirty tables and the place was really messy.

Can feed my wife and kids for less than 40.00. Buffet has something for everyone. Salad bar is pretty good. Overall a nice way to spend time with the family.

Cici’s has got to do better with the buffet. I worked here in 2017-2018 and it’s changed.. A lot of pizzas were missing, so we had to constantly ask but it’s not our job too especially when it’s busy. If nothing is up there, the employees should call it out.. I had to ask for cheesy bread, pepperoni pizza ( everyone clearly gets ) & more.. It’s crazy. The pizza is good, still tastes as good as it did years ago :)They need to run the chicken wings through the oven atleast 3-4 times.. My chickens were soggy even though I asked to run them through the oven an extra time.. They do NOT taste good when they’re soggy like that I was disappointed..The salad bar 10/10 always, the cashier did a good job tending to it and taking orders.Service was also 10/10 it’s always nice to see Wayne he hired me back then lol :)Of course I’ll be back eventually, just may not be anytime soon. I go almost twice a year lol.
