Ate here on a Wednesday evening. We were the only customers in the restaurant and the manager was having dinner with his family which is fine, he let us know it would be about 10 minutes. The restaurant was not especially clean, there were tables that hadn't been cleared or wiped down. Ordering was a little difficult with a bit of a language barrier but we worked through it. It seems that of the three people "working" there the manager was the only one that you could talk to as the other two wouldn't answer questions about anything. The food however was great. We ordered the gyro plate and kibby plate, they did not disappoint. They claimed to be out of tzatziki sauce but didn't say anything until we asked. They also didn't have any Turkish coffee, but they were willing to give me Folger's for the same price hahaha. Then when it came time to pay all they offered was a sticky note with a number written on it for the check and that's when the manager let me know they only accept cash, even though they have a card reader and postings that say they accept cards. Overall a frustrating experience but I could probably be talked into giving it another try.

Very unpleasant, very unwelcoming. Made to feel like a complete nuisance for walking in at 1:45 PM for lunch. Left without ordering. Now owner replies with, "sham." Thanks for proving my point so succinctly.

I’m glad I found a good Mediterranean spot in Metairie. I got the chicken shawarma plate, falafel, and white cheese bread. It was able to feed my bf and I. We did come 30 minutes until closing (we thought they close at 10, but really 9), and staff still served us. Server was delightful, and food was delicious (big portions too). You could tell they use good fresh ingredients. The chicken was super moist and flavorful! I would come back again.

I normally order their falafel sandwich. Compared to the other Mediterranean restaurants that I’ve been to their falafel sandwich is 8-9 out of 10. I like their falafel sandwich in the thin pita bread. I have done takeout with them or ordered falafel sandwich and usually they use a thicker pita bread. My husband usually orders gyro sandwich and he does half chicken and half lamb and he says it’s 8-9 out of 10 sandwich. I personally didn’t like their hummus, I think they add flour into it. I recommend their tzatziki sauce on the side with the sandwiches. Also it’s a small business, and we love supporting small businesses.

This was our first time here. Overall, it was a good experience.Cons: We ordered our food with the cook but had to wait to pay for our food(using groupon). The women's restroom was out of service, and there was no sign on the door, so i was knocking for no reason. I had to use the men's restroom. It was clean however the facuet was broken and there were no paper towels. The pita bread had a center that was crisper than my preference.Pros: Our food came out within 10 minutes (before we could pay for it). The food was steaming hot and looked just like the photos. Everyone was extremely kind to us, checking on us, making sure we were ok. I'm pretty sure the person who cashed us out gave us an additional discount out of the kindness of his heart in addition to a discount card for our next visit.Although we came to NOLA for the Creole food, this was my favorite restaurant thus far. We'd recommend the chicken or beef sharwarma plate and the beef sharwarma wrap.

1st time visiting & the atmosphere and customer service was superb. Their kabobs were so flavorful- PHENOMENAL! We got a gyro sandwich with fries and a Combo Plate - best decision we made! Our 9yr old is super picky and she loved it all. So glad we decided to stop in and try new food. They even gave us falafel to try, that was delicious too. Thank you for taking the time to explain things to us.

Our server was very friendly and attentive. Food was very good. We were entertained by a 2 year old very cute girl who keeps coming back to our table to give us high fives. She was the niece of the owner I think.

Popped in for a late lunch and would’ve been better off going to McDonald’s. There was one guy taking orders, waiting tables and cooking the food — also, didn’t speak English so when my husband had just two thin pieces of gyro on his sandwich, he handed the phone to him to speak to the manager. The picture is of my $15 “salad” which had plenty of flavorful chicken but maybe three bites of lettuce with a heaping amount of tomato.

Having explored several Middle Eastern dining establishments, this particular one truly impressed me with its remarkable creativity and dedication. The cuisine was excellent, and the staff exhibited both warmth and a willingness to address my inquiries about their dishes. They even offered thoughtful suggestions based on my tastes. If I had the option to give it a rating beyond 5 stars, I certainly would. It was undoubtedly the most exceptional experience I've had in a Middle Eastern-themed restaurant.
