It's pretty clean. Service is great. The atmosphere is nice. Foods pretty mid. It's not all that great. But to each as their own! The flavor isn't all that great.

Unfortunately, my experience with the Italian sub I ordered today via Doordash was not up to par. Despite specifically requesting extra cheese and paying for it, my order arrived without the additional cheese. Moreover, the overall taste of the sub was disappointingly dry. The flavor of the Italian dressing, which I was eagerly anticipating, was barely discernible.

The service is so bad here they are so unprofessional they don't even acknowledge you when you walk up to the counter to pick up an order it's it's mine boggling I hate having to come here‼‼‼ It's like I'm invisible. My time is just as important as their time. My customer is their customer. ‼‼‼

Three Stars not because you are a bad restaurant, just because your sandwich post covid have gotten much thinner aka less width and meat post covid. Your sandwiches have gotten less filling.I have been eating firehouse for years. The changes are disappointing.

Food is great, but DON'T customize/add anything to sandwich if you're getting delivery. Only do that if you're ordering in-store, in-person and can verify the extras are being added. Paid extra for additional premium toppings they didn't put on the sandwich, which is essentially fraud. Ticket attached to order bag has the additional toppings clearly listed, so there's really no excuse for their error. No way to get reimbursed for their mistake. GrubHub driver was great and very fast. She wasn't responsible for the restaurant's error.
