Visited Follow Tea for the first time. It's located in the same plaza as my nail salon! The staff are polite and made my order quickly. I've tried many different boba teas and many different shops...this one is definitely a new favorite! The inside is adorable and decorated beautifully. The boba was fresh, and silky. The tea and flavor was delicious!!! Can't wait to come back and try more

This is probably my favorite boba spot in all of nola they're drinks are so fresh (especially their fruit teas where they actually use fresh fruit!!. Their golden boba is also by far the best boba texture I've found in the entire city. It's chewy with the perfect texture and resistance and the perfect amount of sweet. I like to get my drinks 50% sweet only because I tend to like things less sweet. My personal fav is the green grape fruit tea! The interior is also super cute and there's tables to sit down in (although they don't have wifi yet so maybe not for studying). The staff are always super sweet though! This is def a staple for me and my friends

If you like fresh fruit and teas this is great. Very fresh and they use real fruit. Request no sugar and it already had sweetness in the drink. Lots of variety for fruit which is great and all real. Boba was decent too.

So, I've given this place multiple tries since they first opened. Honestly, it never impressed me because it simply didn't fit my taste. Also, there were multiple times when I came when they were out of a lot of items, so the menu was extremely limited.I decided to give them another try recently, and it wasn't as bad as the past visits. The avocado yogurt boba slush is always a good go-to, as it's made with real avocados. I believe they curate the majority of their drinks with fresh fruits. I also had the lychee cheese tea. I'm not a big fan of cheese teas but it wasn't bad. It's a tad salty but not too overpowering. Too bad they don't have an option without the cheese.The staff are usually kind. The shop is well lit from the natural sunlight. There's a cute decorated wall and seats for pictures. They share a parking lot with other businesses in the same complex. Sometimes, it's hard to find a parking spot, and they're a little tight.Is it my favorite boba shop in the Metairie area? No, but they do have a few drinks that the nearby shops don't offer. So it'll be the right stop when those drinks are craved.Parking: Shared parking lot with tight spaces.

I absolutely love this place. From the social media-ready decor to hospitality of the owner, and especially the fun and delicious drinks, you won't be disappointed coming here. They are currently out of a few things due to supply chain issues but that is not their fault so I didn't take any points off for that.I visit this place every Tuesday when I'm out iMetairie. My favorite so far is the Brulee Bobo (boba) with Milk Tea. I could use a bit more tea in mine but I was informed that when they tried to increase the tea flavor, people complained, which sucks. That's where the one star of food comes from, but that's just my personal preference.The other great thing about this place is they are always adding off the menu drinks and even created one I asked for.. an oolong rose tea.You may be confused and initially off-putting when you see there's cheese or egg pudding on top of your boba, but trust me it works. The fruit teas are also amazing. The Lychee Rose is so good and picture- worthy. The Sakura Matcha is also delicious.Next time you're feeling adventurous, ignore all the other boba places, and come check out this Taiwanese cheese tea place ASAP. You will love it and become a weekly customer of this lovely local business like I am.Supporting your local business owners keeps our cities going.
