My only problem is the inconsistency of the tea I order sweet tea and a lot of times my tea is not sweetened at all and I have to either throw away which is waste. Idk if the tea is made in house daily or if someone makes it upon ordering but the inconsistency of the peach sweet needs to be better training or something. Also my top on cup is hardly never secured ends up coming off first sip having tea all over my shirt.
Most of the time my drink is perfect here. I get the caramel la freeze mostly.

Never going there again oh my gosh it was the worst I had an altercation through the drive-thru with two guys because they did not know how to ring up the order but yet they still thought that I would give them a total I wound up pulling off without my drinks and they were hanging out the window on top of each other screaming never come back here over and over oh my gosh I thought that the LGBT Q you whatever community represent yourself better than that but I guess that was a lie but I mean you always have bad apples out

Never have rice for red beans, and now they don’t serve pita chips anymore so if you get red beans you’re basically just having bean soup. Majority of the workers are friendly but the ones that aren’t seem like they really don’t want to be here.

How many times can a person order a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich - ask for no cheese due to lactose intolerance and keep having them put it on it. Management must have people that can't read making the orders.
