I prefer french truck coffee over other franchises. I usually get a cappuccino or late, and I always add hazelnut or caramel, depending on my mood. Guys, I'm telling you it's a unique experience. It stimulates your senses. Lovely staff and always clean.

Order a coffee with chicory. I told the manager it was cold she said it was because I put cream in it so I dumped some coffee out and she put some more coffee in it. The coffee was still cold. I said miss the coffee is still cold. She said I told you it's because you put cream in it. I just brewed the coffee it was 1 o'clock the time on side the coffee pot said 1150. the manager is very rude there. She asked do you want your money back? I said yes give me my money back. I will never go back to that French truck again. They will not have my money I get truck all the time I buy the beans I will never go back to that French Truck again!! I drink 3 to 4 cups of coffee a day I know how to make a cup of coffee. Just because she doesn't see me there all the time she doesn't know I drink The Truck at least 5 times a week on magazine, and I will be talking to someone higher than you!!!

Went to Whole Food to make an Amazon return and had time to kill and smelled the coffee from The French Truck Coffee place. Althea made the best latte and even warmed up my banana bread it was delicious!

French Truck is the best coffee hands down! I wish there were more in Metairie. The one in Whole Foods is a little difficult to get to if I am not shopping there. The parking lot is always packed. I would definitely go to this one more if it was easily accessible!

I paid $7.10 for a small iced coffee that was about 3/4 all ice. I think I got about 5 good sips in and then it was just a full cup of ice. Insanely expensive. Very tasty but not worth the price at all

Horrible coffee! We are avid, espresso, drinkers, and their espresso was absolutely horrid. If you’d like blonde, or red espresso, this may be for you, but if you are a passionate, dark roast espresso lover, you will want to skip this place.Service team was knowledgeable about coffee, but did not seem to be very passionate about it . The espresso appeared to be pulled correctly, but just tasted horrible.I wanted to love this place so that I could get a coffee whenever I’m at Whole Foods but … Whole Foods, before they were owned by Amazon, used to have their own coffee, roaster and brand here and the coffee was excellent.
They charge you a dollar to request light ice in the iced coffee. Are you kidding me. By the time I got my coffee it was overflowing with ice. Remove the ice and I paid 6 bucks for about 2 ounces of coffee. Absolutely absurd.

Went to the one located inside of Whole Foods, Veterans Blvd. The customer service was excellent, the coffee was not so good and I really wanted to love the coffee but I really didn't.
