My favorite Sushi spot in Louisiana. No-frills dining, with a cute seating space. I'd definitely recommend checking out the specials on the wall, specifically the Toro. I could order 20 pieces of the Toro and it would not be enough. The service is VERY friendly, and everyone here is super nice and welcoming! The Tuna tataki is so good it should be mandatory.

Very hidden gem in metairie! I have seen them receiving fresh seafood and ingredients multiple times while eating here. Everything is always very good and well prepared. The portions are hearty and great for the price. They frequently have specials like Uni, A5 Japanese Wagyu, Otoro, and what ever else is in season. The services is always quick and the chefs crank out sushi at a blistering pace. Please try out Fuji Sushi if you haven't and tip your chef!

Traveling for Business stopped at a couple sushi bars close to my hotel and the third one on my third day happen to be Fuji sushi so far I've eaten there three times. It's a great sushi bar/ restaurant . Besides having the sushi rolls and popular sushi fish ..They have odd/ not the norm fish that are spectacular from the Uni to, the Toro and bluefin tuna and some other fish with crazy names but it's so delicious. Also they're Japanese Wagyu beef is to die for and it certified ... everything's very fresh reasonably priced and delicious. I've been back there three times in the last week and a half and I will be going again in a couple of days ..

I came her with a group of friends and experienced how badly the waitress and another man that works here treated another table. I was in shock! It was a table of two young women. These women were asked how the food tasted. They quietly and respectfully told the man that they did not like their sushi rolls because they were falling apart and they felt warm. I was able to hear the women because the restaurant is tiny. The guy proceeded to yell at the two women and threaten to call the cops. At no moment did these women say they were not paying. I witnessed these women only try one piece of their sushi rolls. They did not gobble up a whole roll and then try to claim it was so bad to get out of paying. They kept saying they would pay but were just honestly answering the question of “How do you like the food?” The waitress then rudely started telling them “I didn’t force you to order this!”, “you don’t like because you are not used to this food.!” “ You are not used to eating at restaurants like this!”, “you pay or we call cops!” This is a small restaurant and the employees voices were on blast. The women were quietly talking. The women paid their tab and continued to eat an order of edamame but the waitress told them to get out and if they wanted to eat they could continue eating outside. I am still in shock that I witnessed this. I am actually in high school and expect more from an adult. These employees should know how to treat their customers better. This experience will forever stay with me. It is a true example of how not to treat a customer or a human being in general. It will be a teachable moment for my future kids to learn how to be kind to others.

My family and I have been eating at this sushi restaurant my whole life! The owner of the restaurant is very friendly and the sushi there tastes incredible. There is a reason we keep going back after all these years. Go give them a visit!!

The sushi here is excellent! Cozy and clean dining room with kind-hearted servers. The Mexican Roll is a must try. It has a big flavor with strong spice and a flame charred exterior. ??Parking: Plenty of parking in this shopping center. Should be able to park close to the entrance.
Terrible. I picked up an order from GrubHub, and they were really rude. I took a sucker at the jar, and the woman said that’s for Customer! And none of them responded when I left, and said have a good one. Every time I walk in there, they’re always unpleasant. I’m going to request that on GrubHub and drop them. no appreciation for us at all.

Horrible, and unpleasant atmosphere, and attitudes. Went to pick up an order for GrubHub, and they just had their nose in the air the entire time. Took a sucker out the jar, and the woman, fast at me, and the guy behind the counter didn't respond when I said, have a good one, and instead, made a derogatory comment about my looks. I'm going to call GrubHub, and ask them to drop them.

The waitress is the worst server I've ever had in my life. She didn't even let us finish ordering our food!! We had to go up to her to give her the rest of our order. It ducks because I love this place but won't be back because of how rude she was. Also, the wasabi was bright green, and wasn't spicy whatsoever. It looked super cheap and obviously had food coloring added.
