They stole from me: I went on dec 17 with my family and ordered and payed for my food we waited for an hour ten minutes yes they was packed but that long still didn’t receive food so I asked for a refund the manager then began to get pissed that I was asking for my money so after another 24 minutes of her telling me to hold on she comes to register to give refund then starts to say things like I can’t take it people need to cover there shifts as I say ma’am it’s not my problem your understaffed I just want my money back she said ok don’t rush me and our receipt printer was broken to give me a receipt if I had any issues to call let them know but the money was sent back to card, long story short didn’t receive money called still have not got my money back for food and service I didn’t receive also let’s remember I’ve already tipped as well at the register please if you read this don’t go to McAllister‘s and waste your time or money this place is a joke!

The bad reviews you see are from last year. Decided to stop in and check it out. The man & woman at the counter were super nice. We got soup and salad. Everything was great. Food, cleanliness, atmosphere... one of our spots for a healthy meal.

Absolutely Terrible from the employees to quality of food. Walk in a the employees are joking around and being loud. Ordered 45 bucks worth of sandwiches with sides as soup. All three sides of soups were cold as can be. It is 3:43pm as we speak and they are packing everything on the counter. They are closing at 5pm. I wonder why!? Terrible from top to bottom. Stay away!!!!!!

TERRIBLE experience. Ordered food to go inside. Staff was unfriendly and inattentive to even taking the order to begin with. All were on their phones and not interested in working. Really poor service, would give zero stars if I could. I love McAlister's food, but will never be going back to that location.
The service at this restaurant used to be very good now that they have opened back up it is terrible we waited for 20 minutes for someone to take our order they never did we left. There were no other people in the line.

Ordered 2 soups, 2 sandwiches to go. Order took over 40 minutes, with almost no other customers in the store, and multiple staff members on their phones and having conversations. After about 30 minutes, one of the staff asked what my order was and the name on it, both of which I gave. Once we opened the food in the car, neither of the sandwiches were the ones we ordered. Intensely frustrating experience; stay away.

Went inside waited 20 mins to order. No one in line in front of me. After 20 mins, cashier notifies the people behind me there will be a 30-45 minute wait bc they’re short staffed. That’s understandable, should relay this message when costumer walks in . Horrible and probably won’t come back to this

Took 40mins to get our food. Kids were running around the restaurant and kitchen. One of the kids purposefully popped a chip bag on my feet! The floors were dirty and tables were sticky. They made several mistakes with our order. We said a club sandwich and we got a wrap. I was missing avocado on my sandwich. They were short staffed the night we went, but the people who were there were working hard. It seemed liked they prioritize Door Dash orders. The food that we got was tasty, but not worth the trouble.
