A long string of black hair was found cooked in the takeout broccoli and cheese casserole. Okay, I know this happens at times. I contacted the manager, Jeff. He told me to bring it back. I said no; I'm too far away right now, and I won't be coming back anytime soon. He then told me to bring it back whenever I could, and I said, sir, I won't be keeping this food in my home or in my refrigerator with a string of hair in it. Okay fine. I then put the remaining untouched food in the refrigerator because I had lost my appetite. The next day, I opened another small container of food containing broccoli and cheese. Oh my goodness, another string of hair cooked in the food. At this point, I threw everything out. Smh. Needless to say, I won't be back.

I simply love this place! We normally place a to go order on the app and it is the the quickest and the most convenient way to get REAL food. My wife's favorite thing is the baked chicken. My favorite thing is the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and we both love the broccoli, rice and cheese. If you're looking for quick reel food we would highly recommend this place. It's very reasonably priced and the staff are real people. (there not fake if you know what I mean)

I gave the food a 5 because it’s always hot and available. The service was great and everyone was attentive and the atmosphere was wonderful, nice place for lunch are even dinner.Parking: Parking is very convenient.Kid-friendliness: Spacious if you have a stroller and booths are available
We used to eat there at least every two weeks.But the food is not as good.especially the chopped steak.That was our favorite, and they took the pecan delight off their dessert line.

I went here when I was a kid. If you come back as an adult, there is something wrong with you. "Con te partiro" is Italian for "Time to Say Goodbye". It's time for these dated cafeterias to go. I guess they're only around because the strip owners do not want a vacancy and are willing to forego rent by offering yearly installments. But man, the food is so bland.

I love Picadilly! We enjoyed a late lunch yesterday and had such wonderful gumbo... can't get enough of those sides! Love the fried okra, the green beans and of course the carrot souffle...the server gals on the line were friendly and helpful and provided service with a smile. It was nice to see two bus loads of young students come into the restaurant while we were there...there is no experience like the Picadilly experience. We should all support their restaurant....so delish!
