If I only posted every time something went wrong here.....2 blast on 2 different occasions that were not even cold. A burger that was prepared incorrect, and serving people who treat you rude.Customer service took 8 days to respond last time and proceeded to drill me, more than provide a solution. Resolution on that was given a buy another one and get one free-ridiculous solution.Don't go here.

"Manager" Alexi Brown (and staff including Tamara specifically I think he said is her name.. after she didn't want to give her name to me directly when asked, for obvious reasons of course.. because she didn't want me to report her behavior to upper management) sadly is running this particular restaurant/location in a "gang-style" manner with serious inefficiencies (a clueless operation there under him, really, based on my experience with two straightforward orders totalling ~an hour to finally complete! I hope the General Manager Robin Folse will review tapes in detail PLEASE!..), nasty most unprofessional attitudes, and profanity-laced tirades by Alexi himself including verbally shouting AND cursing at me AND even the excellent REAL (in my view) manager Jonathan too when I simply asked if he was working (so sadly, Jonathan was off tonight!) etc etc etc! How "General Manager Robin Folse" (as it states on the receipt) allows such "employees" to behave like this ("street-behavior," really, is what it is) at her restaurant is beyond sad, indeed. Btw, I have also contacted corporate customer service to document these complaints in detail following my most unfortunate experience at this Sonic because of the extremely disgusting and shameful way so-called "manager" Alexi Brown (and Tamara/staff) behaved. Such behavior obviously should not go on at companies (including Sonic). I think most rational people will say that literally chasing customers away like this while paying such "bad apple" employees on top obviously should not be permitted by any good, responsible corporate executive (include General Managers etc). I hope Robin Folse AND the manager who oversees his or her performance will contact me to discuss this matter further. I have left my information with the corporate customer service representative (Karla). Hopefully, such extremely nasty and aggressive behavior by Alexi and Staff (Tamara specifically) isn't permitted by upper management to continue on to other customers in the future. Accountability is key and it's obvious to me after this experience (and the degree of irresponsibility and no-care whatsoever nastiness) that Alexi and the staff including Tamara under/during his most irresponsible and unprofessional shift/leadership (lack of, obviously) have ZERO accountability or any concern of being held accountable by General Manager Robin. Thank you.

Ordered 3 dble ch burgers ,2 just ketchup, & mine dressed no pickles.$25! Not sure what was wrong w my sons? I just know He was not happy? & mine! It was cold& soggy which makes me think they just pulled the pickles off& sold an old burger I'm pretty sure I could taste pickles. I ended up scraping all the dressing off cuz it was pretty bad. Bled all thru the wrappers definitely disappointing,I used to love them when they 1st opened? What happened?¿

Sorry, this isn’t a blast, much less an “extra” topping blastI’ve tried ordering here multiple times and always ask for extra and this is that I got. Nothing but soft serve after two bites. Go to the one on Airline! Their blasts are much better. Unfortunately this is the Sonic that delivers if I order on

I always love Sonic, but their quality has decreased immensely over the years. I ordered a Bacon Double Cheeseburger, and it was cold. They take FORVER there, so I just went home and heated it up. My chedrpeppers were hot, that's for the 3 stars. Pick a different fasfiid restaurant, like Arby's just down the street. They are the most consistent with hot food.

Employees could've been better got ignored twice asked for lettuce on my chicken sandwich and it came out looking crisper than a beef patty with one small piece of lettuce. Very disappointing after our hometown sonics all got shut down we were expecting some good food but this place just disappointed me..

I used to go to Sonic all the time, but tonight’s trip just ended it for good. I ordered a large mozzarella stick and a large fry. I tipped the drive thru worker when I paid, and I used to work in a drive thru so I’m always extra nice regardless. They gave me 3 chicken tenders instead of a large mozzarella sticks. I pointed out they had given me honey mustard instead of marinara (I checked the sauce because it’s literally ALWAYS the wrong sauce.) and you think that would’ve triggered them into realizing they gave me the wrong food, but no. They let me drive off with the wrong food. I called to complain and potentially get some recompense, but no answer and a full mailbox. Ridiculous. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed. You’re definitely never getting my money again.

The worst customer service! We received a freezer burned bag of ice we brought back and the female worker (with the nasty attitude) told us the GM said they couldn’t give us another. What kind of customer service is that?? It’s literally a bag of ice. We will never support sonic again! Also, the ocean spray they gave us was awful and full of food coloring. Truly disgusted! CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN!
