I had stopped coming to this store because my order was often wrong and I was met with attitude when I attempted the fix. I just started coming back a few months ago. Until today, the order has been perfect. What was perfect about today was their willingness to find a solution when I walked back in with my chai tea. They were amazing! I live above a coffee shop and would rather drive to this Starbucks. Thank you!

The person who made my drink today 3-16-25 11am had no personality, talking out loud complaining about making certain drinks and wasting time. My order was supposed to be ready at 10:58, instead got it at 11:03. Customer service skills need to be taught here and courteous workers are needed!!

I go to Starbucks fairly often, but this visit upset me. Ordered my normal, venti hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso, was charged for the venti, he handed me a grande, I said I ordered a venti, watched him pour it in a bigger glass add ice and oatmilk. I asked about the amount of espresso and he lied and said the grande and venti have same amount. They absolutely do not!! Grande has 3 Venti has 4.... my drink tasted weak and terrible.

I have had issues with other locations in the new Orleans area I come here and I can say great customer service they also are very polite and professional plus they has the brew I like since over the years working night shifts I have a high tolerance for caffeine I just want to say thank you to the baristas and give them a pay

I have now visited this location a few times. Service is 10/10, and the environment is very clean. I am able to do some work early in the morning which is great!(Update: December 29, 2023) As of today, I have observed unusual behavior by other customers; notably, leaving their cars running while going inside? I was just told on the 28th that in New Orleans vehicles get stolen.. and was led to believe it happens often. The man driving the truck has a Louisiana plate, and the gal driving the white car also has a Louisiana plate. I dunno, just seems bizarre right after I was told vehicles get stolen.

Worst Starbucks experience ever. Went through the drive through and the lady was huffing and puffing in the speaker and rushing me. I pull off only to realize they forgot to give me a straw. No problem; I re-enter the line. I get to the window and wait.... the new window attendant doesn't acknowledge me. Turns his back to talk to other staff to find out why I'm in line. Just speak to the customer! The attitudes were just disappointing.Food and drinks were fine. I just guess I've been spoiled by top notch Starbucks customer service at most any location but this one.
