The new pretzel stick is awful. Thought it was going to be soft since it was warm, but it became hard as a rock! Worried I might break a tooth so it went in the trash.

A while ago, my son placed an order from this Subway, on 2701 Airline Dr. The driver left one of the sandwiches at the store. He doubled back to the location and picked up the stray sandwich. When I received it, it wasn't wrapped properly as if someone tampered with it. I was alarmed at the state of the sandwich because I did not want to risk contracting or encountering any virus or bacteria. I proceeded to call Subway to report the issue, in addition to my son complaining to Uber. Someone picked up, I asked to speak with a manager. The person on the other end announced himself as the owner in a very rude and abrasive tone. He claimed he was busy, but that did not excuse his uncouth behavior. We were on the phone a short while when he announced that "I got to go." I tried to explain that the sandwich wrapping was unfurled. He adamantly stated that "nothing happened at my store!" He then told me to go to Uber. He was very argumentative and rude. He then hung up in my face. I will never return to this location after being treated so horrendously.

Fresh bread always yummy. Efficient cheerful staff ready & eager to serve. It helps to know what you want because there are so many choices. Recently tried the tuna fish with salad fixings but on their Italian bread & it was wonderful. Kudos for consistency in portions too.

Got a veggie delight with extra cheese this afternoon. The best Subway sub I've had in years! Perfect bread!The staff- two young ladies and a dude- were delightful and super friendly. One young lady appeared to be in training or new and her coworkers were very kind about helping her out. Very engaging team. I'll be back!
