Just left and had a TERRIBLE experience. The workers didn’t know what they were doing. Some girl must’ve been new because she didn’t even know what a spicy italian sandwich was. I would speak and barely get a response. Very uncomfortable and hostile atmosphere. Never going back to this location!!!!

I walked into the subway and it seemed very clean and quiet. I was second in line. They only have one person making the sandwiches so it was extremely slow but I understood. By the way this is the subway at 3841 Veterans, Suite 100. I nicely asked the lady making the sandwiches if she could make me three sandwiches with the meat on the side because I wanted to offer, my clients a vegetarian option as well. The sandwich maker looked at me like I was crazy and said we don't do that and I said oh I've been doing this for 35 years and you are the first person that's ever said no and she looked at the manager. The manager came over and she said can I help you. And I said yes I have some clients and we needed some sandwiches but I wasn't sure who is vegetarian, so can you just put the sandwich meat on the side. It's a lot easier than actually put it on the sandwich:)No I don't know the managers name but she was so rude. She said we don't do those kind of things here and I asked why not? It would be so easy just to throw it into the bag. And she said well what bag my going to use and looked at me....I said, I don't know. Any Bag will be fine:) Then she proceeded to embarrass me by saying, I GUESS, when I asked her can it be done. Another customer tried to explain it for me. Meanwhile they just continued to serve the next customer. I said did I lose my place in line and no answer. This woman acted like I asked them for all the money in the cash register. I will not be going back. Total disrespect of the customers for such a little request. Needless to say, I walked out without my food

DELICIOUS tuna sub. The establishment was extremely clean and orderly.
Great customer service from the 3 ladies there! Even with a long line, I was in and out within 8 minutes. Food was yummy and now I can rest peacefully. The parking lot was full due to workers in other suites even though most of the parking belongs to Subway. I’ll be back for sure! Check them out and make sure to tip!

Even though my sandwich was not right this time, I'm still gonna give the 5 stars because of the pass times and the way they handle my order being wrong. Yesterday I ordered a chicken bacon melt. When I got to work I noticed my sandwich didn't have bacon on it. I called and the manger Shaun was a doll. She was so sweet and apologized for the mishap. I had asked for it to be cut in half however she said for some reason it was cut off on their end so she didn't see that part. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is delightful. Even when working with customers the ladies manage to pick their head up for a second and greet you. No matter how busy they are they also find that time to greet you.
