This place sucks‼‼ The people that work there are the most unprofessional disgusting inconsiderate people I have ever been around in my life‼‼ No acknowledgment when you walk in the girl had her back to me the whole time I finally had to say ma'am are you getting my order together and then she wanted to start fighting with me so you can take my word for it and a lot of other peoples I will never step back in that shit hole ever again

Made reservations from Florida... Excited for Christmas Eve brunch. For me service is BIG. My initial impression was that the staff seemed perturbed that we entered the restaurant, as if we were disturbing them. The hostess was unwelcoming ,dry not smiling. it seemed as though we were uninvited guests. Grant it, it's Christmas Eve and no one wants to be at work, but this is a restaurant. It was a very cold atmosphere. I requested straws for my drink, and my server proceeded to bring the unwrapped straws from the bar holding it in her bare hands while twirling it around... really?. clearly this is a management issue, because the staff needs proper training. Finally I looked into the open kitchen and observed one of the kitchen staff holding food to her nose several times apparently smelling the item. I think she forgot that customers can see her. Yuck !

Waitress toke my order, 5 minutes later my food was out mind you I order the t- bone stake with egg and hashbrowns , the stake was pink not red like it was sitting out for a very long time I could not eat it. Eggs and hashbrowns were good, tho. Service was good, not bad, Waitress and the manager did come and ask how everything was..I will go back.

Worst breakfast place in Louisiana service is terrible only one server food was awful ordered eggs sunny side up they were almost burned sausage and bacon was old they were out of hash browns.My server addressed us as her baby we don't know her.The manager was sitting at the counter playing on her phone.She could have cared less about what was going on in the restaurant.This location needs to close asap.

Went here today in six years the place has taken a nosedive arrived at 5 pm the wife ordered the super slam with eggs over medium well they arrived raw and runny the waitress asked the manager on duty to recook them instead of the cook that didn't speak English she refused and kept leaning over the counter playing on her tablet the second eggs arrived the same exact way so she didn't eat I ordered the super slam with hash browns crispy they arrived raw.I will be disputing this with my credit card company and never return.This place should close like the rest of Dennys.Then we were greeted and the door and she asked her if we wanted two sweet teas stereotyping us so ignorant.Please close this place !

They tryna trap out the kitchen a waiter offered to make my food if i cash app him or get money out the ATM because he said "they be f*cking up food in the kitchen" and stared me down until i answered like tryna peer pressure me. That experience made me sad because they are the only Denny's in southern Louisiana and I know Denny's has good food but this is ridiculous at this point. The manager looked at us the whole 30 minutes we was waiting and the girl that sat us at the both left and smoked a cigarette outside. It was so ghetto over there. Save your money and time.

One of the worst restaurants regarding the way they do business. They do not have a direct line to the restaurant. We left a pair of eyeglasses there at a table waited on by a nice server named Joy. After traversing many, many miles we discovered we left a pair of reading glasses there. In an attempt to get anyone on the phone, they have an automated number that loops the caller over and over again. Doordash, their order and pickup number operating via a foreign service hasn't a clue on how to get in touch with the restaurant. We have been dining at Denny's for over 30 years. This is no longer our place to dine. Their total malicious indifference to the elderly is not going to stand with us. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY SUPPORTING A BUSINESS THAT COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER BASE! A sad day, indeed. As the only Dennys left in the greater New Orleans area it's a shame what this place has come.Went there a couple of days ago with the wife I ordered a American cheese omelet I received a piece of cheese on the plate with a round scrambled egg on it.Didnt eat it sent it back it came back with eggs scrambled with a piece of cheese on top of it the wife's fish smelled like it was bad.We left on the way out the waitress told us the dishwasher was cooking.Several employees was sitting at the counter bull$hitting was no help.If they were off they should have gone home.This place will close soon so very sad.

Food was terrible. Walked in rugs rolled up by door the other was flung on the waiting seats husband had to lay on floor and the place was hot. Customers fanning themself. The waitress a white heavy set girl had us waiting for 20 mins finally Mario came and took our order. He was so busy doing her job. He went to tell her we have been sitting at our table for awhile and all she said was oh I will get them. She not once came to our table. Mario took care of her table. He was great and very sweet. But rushing around he was so busy. The place was very dirty the bathroom was disgusting. Ceiling falling down. Management must be very week Will not be back it was a sad breakfast

OMG!!! They service was trash. They literally were acting mad, because we wanted normal service. The food showed up plate by plate. There were 4 of us. My food showed up first, 5 minutes later, my wifes food arrived. The couple we were with each got their own plates 5 minutes apart as well. We had 1 drink, with no options for refills. We were asked for refills after we ate. Went to the rest room, after we ate, it was a disaster. Denny's, please bite the bullet and close this location...
