Pulled up to the drive thru and waited 10 minutes until the person in front of me left. I waited 10 more minutes and then left. Not a single employee took an order or fulfilled an order. Literally every single employee did nothing for at least 20 minutes. And the dine in area was locked so they certainly weren't taking care of anyone inside of the store.

It took forever for someone to take our order. They seemed pissy when we ordered. Staff is rude. They only had 1 car ahead of us that was picking up their food when we got there.It's a bit better than most locations...but still...

They keep advertising breakfast but the one near me on West Esplanade by EJ HOSPITAL is never open for it.

I was very impressed with this Wendy's, from the moment I walked in the store was absolutely immaculately clean we were greeted by not only the cashier but the manager on duty their drive-thru was busy but they still managed to make us feel like we were their number one priority, our order was was taken and they read the order back to make sure everything was correct, in less than 5 minutes we had our order, everything that was supposed to be hot was hot it was fresh, our drinks were ice cold, and the new strawberry frosty's that the young lady recommended were outstanding, this in my opinion is the best-run Wendy's in the entire New Orleans area, four stars for that manager at her crew.
