This management does not have it together. It's taken me several visits to come to this conclusion.They take forever to take the order and to deliver the order to the window. For is usually cold, staff is inconsiderate. Drink machine is almost always broke.If you need a fast lunch, because of limited time, this is not the place to visit.

This is the closest Wendy’s to where I live. At one point, they got my order wrong 100 times in a row so I stopped going until they got new employees. I’ve given the new batch of employees a few chances and it’s the same old song and dance. This is by far the worst fast food restaurant I have ever eaten at. I’m not sure it can be fixed. The employees give no effort towards customer service, have a zero percent accuracy rate, and cook mediocre food. Terrible establishment, that I would not feel comfortable recommending to anyone.

Sat at the drive thru 5 mins waiting for someone to take my order. Ordered 1 double cheese burger. I’m the only car there and they tell me to pull into the parking lot. Exactly 14mins later I get a burger walked out to me. I was THE ONLY car there the whole time. Only came here because it’s right next to the hospital my dad is in. Wonderful service. Burger was so bad I took two bites and threw it away. Bun was smashed so sloppily put together.

Drive thru is quite literally always behind. 10-15 minute wait regardless. The last several times I’ve been, I’m always pulled to the front (so they can manage their time clocks- worked at a wendys before). And I’ll sit there for a good 10-15 minutes. On a weekend? Not a big deal. But for my lunch break on a weekday? A big deal when you only have 30 minutes.

Terrible experience. Unable to use mobile offers, out of ketchup, out of chili sauce, and incorrect items in our rather small order. Seemed like only a couple of workers, and the one at the window was not friendly. I wouldn't recommend this location.
