I placed a mobile order on Saturday 2/3 in the morning and when i got there I was informed that they had already handed it out. There was no offer to fix it or any way to resolve it they just kept telling me that it was already handed out and they didn’t sound sorry at all. i had to get to work so i couldn’t stay but i contact wendy’s support and also never got a refund. $10 for food that went to someone else is very upsetting and i’m never going to spend money at wendy’s again. ??♀️

I guess the people who work here must dislike white people because my wife and I were not treated kindly. The lady at the window was very rude. I asked for two extra barbecue sauce packets and she charged me an extra dollar! I've never been charged for extra sauce before at Wendy's. I can't finish a 10 piece nugget meal with only two packets. Ridiculous.

Very rude, tried to tell them the menu was still on breakfast. I couldn’t see what my menu options for lunch so I just winged it. The lady at the window ignored me and didn’t give me my receipt.
Literally pulled up to the drive-through and the first thing that was said to me was, “if you want to wait, you can wait.“ What type of customer service is this? I just drove away because how rude is that!?

On my lunch break and tried to go here for lunch and was immediately turned around by the front server saying “drive thru only”. Three people were already there that had gotten served and one told me that that’s because they’re short staffed. We all are short staffed but we still make it work. I felt like it was a racist move eventhough the older lady looked like me. I will never go here again even if it’s free. Parking lot was ridiculous and I would’ve went thru drive thru if my truck could fit. Bad enough maneuvering in Metairie in the rain and in traffic wasn’t hard enough now I had to go find somewhere else because they couldn’t maneuver a couple hamburgers.
