I've really liked this place in the past, but tonight I placed an order through Waiter. Waited an hour thinking everything was fine, but then got a canceled notice from waiter. I called Zita's and asked why. They said Waiter owes them money. Maybe call waiter and speak to them about your business issues, but don't cancel customers orders.

Used to be a good neighborhood place. Now the food and service is not that great. Sandwiches leave a lot to be desired. Pizza is undercooked, soggy and barely warm.Hard to support local business when this is what they offer.

Super tasty meatball sub and calzone, but everything else is extremely subpar. Ordered through an app and picked up, but it would've been faster to have delivered. Staff seemed confused giving me various wait times that didn't add up and even gave me the wrong food at one point. Two people dining in on the weekend...never a good sign. Also, place smells like an ashtray - I know it's Metairie, but COME ON ventilation. Will definitely be going the delivery route if we order again.

Loved it. Nicole the waitress was the best one ever there. Friendly. Considerate. Got the very complicated order on the ticket....right!!!!!The cooks did a very tasty pizza and calzone. Delish.And as long as 'she' is there o definitely will return. I frequent Zita"s several times a week.

The photos adorn the walls of Zita's Pizza. I 'ave heard people say that pineapple doesn't' belong on pizza, well, don't order it on your pizza. Made the way You like it. Mediterranean pizza is also really great if you want something different than a regular pie. Oh! best move is go there and get it freshly made and hot. In Frenchman's Creek Shopping Mall.

I have been ordering pizzas from here for a few years now. I really enjoy them but they seem to have a problem cooking the pizza enough most of the time. Requesting it well done seems to fall on deaf ears. Also if they don't have a topping they seem to just leave it off and not take the charge off. At a few bucks for a "premium " topping ... that sucks. A few times (ordering online) I have waited an hour just to have the status change from on its way to order cancelled. Now, I wasn't charged in those instances but with places closing earlier due to covid it means I'm not going to be able to order food that night.

Customer service has fallen off. They need to update available items on their website. They did not have a topping I wanted. Instead of calling to let me know, they let me show up 45 minutes after ordering to tell me they didn’t have what I wanted, and acted like they couldn’t refund me right then and there. I really like their pizza, but I doubt I’ll be coming back.

I have been going here for a while. I was pleased until our most recent pizza order came without sauce. When I called to ask about the error they wouldn’t help me with their no sauce pizza. They just say “we put the sauce”. Where is my sauce?!?

I love Zita's! I love their pizzas (and I'm not a pizza person). They have a wonderful lunch special Mon-Friday from 11-2. I order the 1 slice of pizza and salad special. The 1 slice is huge. It's a great deal!! I highly recommend Zita's. Try it, you won't be disappointed!!
