They were very hard to contact by phone and rude when I spoke to them.I had to call over 6 times over two days to actually speak to someone. When I did speak to someone they said she's all booked this weekend. My order was for two weeks away. They were extremely rude when I was placing my order they put me on hold 3 times it took 45 mins just to tell the lady my order. I asked for small writing on the cake they wrote across the whole cake. It was ready on time though.
