I am all about saving and getting the best bargains. So I thought the 2 for $25 special was a great deal. I have ordered it once before and my total came out to be $31 pus dollars. Tried it last night, I had a discussion with the employee. I says, "I wanna make sure I am ordering the 2 for $25. She said yes you ordered it correctly, 2 for $25. However when I received the bill it was $34 plus dollars. My meal was cool, I received extra servings of potatoes yet my steamed broccoli was missing. I was charged extra for onion rings but again " my broccoli was missing from my order!! My sirloin was uneatable. I am so done with Applebee's.

My mother and I were just there about 5 minutes ago. We waited for 10 minutes for someone to wait on us. We left because a couple was seated next to us 5 minutes after we were. A manager, I assume, greeted them and was immediately served. We decided to leave due to the poor service of your establishment.

The food was Great. Service slow , unorganized… my French onion soup arrived after my meal… took close to 2 hours before all food was served.Coffee 30 minutes “ to brew” ?When meals arrived great.Table across from us had 8 adults. Order was 1 All you can eat , $14 meal… several Adult beverages and water…. We watched in amazement as fries/ wings kept arriving as they passed the platter around…Meanwhile our order of $14 ribs and salad/ soup?We noticed…Awkward….

This place needs to be shut down, night of Feb 21, 2024 around 10:30. Guy at bar with 2 women VAPING!!!! Matters worse, table on left side of door where workers come out and near the bathroom, nearly all workers sitting on their phones and guy worker sitting INSIDE VAPING!!!!!! I’ll be callingBoard of Health myself. Place was filthy, couldn’t be they were busy, only had one make customer, carpet looks like haven’t been vacuumed or swept in days, bar top dirty, sticky to touch, pull the film if that works. Definitely reporting this place!!!! Don’t go here!!!!

The food had really gone down after COVID BUT the new manager they’ve had for several months now has really turned the place around. We’ve went several times in the past few weeks and the food was on point every time & the drinks were excellent. Great job!!! Will be returning.
I went lastnight for my birthday dinner and I was very disappointed. The service was slow and rude. We ordered our drinks then the food. When we got our food it was cold and still no drinks. The waitress was rude n slow..

We had a party of 10 people. The staff didn't want to take the time to arrange a table for all of us but after one of the staff told them what to do they did put the tables together but they got mad. After we got seated the staff continued to walk past us but never came to get drink orders or anything. My friends daughter was needing to take her medication and was needing a drink but got sick because they wouldn't take our order. We sit there for almost 30 mins then we got up and left and went to a different restaurant. There were other tables that had the same problem. We called management and they just made excuses that weren't valid. Will not go back till they get better staff!!!
