Ordered food at 4:00pm at the drive thru. No one else at Burger King waiting in line but after paying at the window was told to pull up and they would bring it out to me. This is ridiculous. This is only bc they get monitored for how quickly cars leave the area so they have learned how to beat the system. Still waited 15 minutes for the food.

Had a mobile app and they wouldn’t let me pick it up at the drive thru, it doesn’t say that at the drive thru window or on the app. I also a disabled veteran and couldn’t make it inside. So this policy discriminates against people with disabilities . Do not go here and support a business that discriminates against those with disabilities and has rude customer service

Please don't eat inside here. Not enough employees and they prioritize drive through. People behind us were getting food before us. We ended up with someone else's food. The other customers inside were also not happy with their orders. The cashier was taking drive thru orders on a headset and taking their food out to them using the side front door. Didn't give receipts to people.

This Burger King fails to provide timely service every time I come here ! I wait over 10 minutes everytime and today they forgot I was waiting. Finally someone came out and asked if I had my receipt so they could prepare my order . Only problem was they gave me change but no receipt. I know mistakes happen but at this point …. Never again !

Told me they're only doing fried products and I was trying to order fried chicken sandwich and chicken fries then told me they were closed at 3:30 in the afternoon. Then refused to take a code from my app because they don't take codes. Then waited 20 minutes for my order to be wrong.

Great customer service. I l9ve young man that patient with me and my daughter. He did act so professional. I hope this Burger King by my house . I always go there . I never been disappointed. Thumbs up to all employees in giving fresh food and treating customers with respect . He sure is mannerable. I hope he knows I appreciate it . I will be coming back .

Placed mobile order at 5, arrived at 5:10, no other customers in the place and someone came over the speaker and said hold please, I sat there at the speaker over 15 mins and crickets so I pulled to the window and they said your order isn't ready and had me pull into a parking spot where I waited another 30 mins. My order was incorrect and cold and the drinks were watered down and the guy that brought the order out had an attitude. Don't eat at this place unless you want some salmonella. Disgusting!

I waited at the order screen for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Then I got to the window & he tried to pull me up & I refused due to waiting at the order screen so long. Then he tried to give me some of my order & someone else's. I told him I didn't order that but I had touched it. He wanted it back. I had to ask for my cheeseburger & my large fry. After 4 trips to get my food right & a total of 26 minutes & almost $40 order you can best believe I WON'T be back! I have worked at a fast food restaurant before & I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt this is by far my worst experience!! They need some leadership & guidance or it will never get better!!!!

Went through the drive thru- had me pull up to wait for 1 kids meal & 1 whopper meal- took a while to get the food so I assumed it would be fresh & hot. Both orders were cold burgers & fries and no tomato on the whopper

Only one guy here named Cameron and he was amazing and very polite and professional. He literally was having to work drive thru, counter, and cook. This young man deserves much praise and a HUGE raise!!

We pulled up and were told to please hold. No one else was in line before us. No one else in line after us. We made the mobile order and the money as already taken out of my account. So here we are in line for over 15 mins because when we pulled up they said please hold, and then nothing else.

The drink machine was broke ..... And I had to get ice from the counter every refill. Food was fresh and good and the staff was nice and helpful.
