this place kind of disappointed. First, 17 dollars for a philly steak? And when you order large, it’s not the large drink it’s the large sandwich so it’s MORE money for the bigger drink. Then it’s an extra 3 dollars just to get fries…..& to top it off, the food is not worth the money. i’d pay MAYBE 12 dollars for a large with the right size drink.

While shopping at the mall stopped to grab a bite & got the small chicken Philly combo. The food was cooked to order, fries were straight out the grease & fresh. The fries could have used some sort of seasoning but otherwise no complaints.

it's amazing, hands down best cheesesteak I've ever had. the hot pepper relish is perfect, the fries are always hot and fresh good, even later when I smash the leftovers. the lemonade is, in my opinion, better than canes, especially in taste consistency. it's definitely worth trying, the staff is friendly and thorough, never rude!

The Gourmet Fries & Strawberry? Watermelon ? Lemonade ? were fabulous! My associate enjoyed the Cheese Steak very much. Server was very nice and went out of her way.

We stopped here after church on Sunday because it was convenient. I've decided that I'm just done with rude and/or indifferent people. I work hard for my paycheck and if you don't want my money, then act like it's a pain for you to answer a simple question and don't say thank you. The sandwich was fair, more expensive than other sandwich places, but the staff is just rude. We won't be back.

They were out of steak, forks, every topping except lettuce, tomatoes, and jalapeños; only had jalapeño lime seasoning out, my sister got almost nothing on her sandwich at all, they didn't season her veggies, they were out of lemonade, tea, and dr. Pepper, AND we didn't get out fries. We had to go to another restaurant to get forks and drinks. I also didn't get ranch like I asked for.

There was no steak at this "philly steak" eating place. The menu on the board was incorrect. Literally, they weren't serving 1/3 of what was on the menu. What you did order from the menu, the prices were higher that what were listed on the board. 2 sandwiches and fries were $30. Not to mention the workers were rude and did not know how to type in a debit card number with a broken strip. The whole place was very unsatisfying.

Walked all the way from my hotel because i really walked to eat here based on the reviews only to me told the restaurant was closed due to no staff. Supposed to be open at noon Sunday, i got there at 12:20. Next time im in town i definitely won't be interested.
