Went in and asked the guy with the hat how long the food has been sitting out and he had a nasty attitude from there. Walked my money and I away and he said something smart as I was walking off. The dude needs to have a better attitude dealing with customer service.

Used to be a great place to eat, have been going there faithfully since I was a kid. I can honestly this place is not worth the time or money anymore. The food has been reaching subpar for a while now but it's nothing in comparison to the horrible customer service. Impolite, disrespectful, and inconsiderate on how their customer's food is handled. Dodge the bullet and enjoy your meal elsewhere.

The tall guy working the service out front was very rude and unprofessional. This the second time, I just blew it off the first time and thought he was having a bad day. Food is just fine but....why don't they EVER answer their phone!! It really is a problem since I use door dash with them. This needs to be fixed or it will be my last time ordering.

The manager is extremely rude.When I set my food on one of the tables in the food court the liquid inside started pouring out the bottom. It clearly had a hole in it.I brought it back up and asked for a new box, not a refund or new food, just a box. The manager threw a fit saying I was wasting his money by getting a new box and argued that it was my fault. He snatched the food from me and fully replaced it and was being passive-aggressive telling the other customers that he wouldn't put any juices in my food and showing them.

I eat here about every other time I'm at the mall shopping and gain an appetite. They've been consistent over 25 years. Their prices are not outrageous. It's a decent meal for a decent price. Bon Appetite!
