I came from out of town and tried this place they served a half potato that was dry the waiter was aware and didn’t offer no other option to redo it or nothing my tamales was nasty I took a bite out of it and returned the plate because I did not like it I looked over the menu to find something else but I couldn’t find anything else the waiter was careless impatient did not offer any other options she was rude so I asked for a manager because she was trying to make me pay just tamales that I did not like she send me to a young gentleman who was the manager he kindly asked me what was wrong I explained it to him and he took it off my ticket. She has no respect nor no good customer service I would not recommend this place at all. Except for some crawfish as I see that’s the only thing people would come and get. But thanks to the gentleman that assisted me with kindness and respectKid-friendliness: I had to pick one in order to post!!! And had to choose a star which would just be for the manager that worked tonight.

This was my first time going to this place. The service was horrible. The waiter was rude and in a hurry. The man to take the dishes up reached all over the customers at the table while they ate. The food was horrible especially the crawfish ettoufee which had no taste. They didn’t offer a discount or anything. This was on the seafood platter. The fish was small. The salad is only lettuce. I’m never going there again. Then they charged 7 dollars worth of tax. Never again.

Crawfish were good, and my buddy said catfish were on point. Roast beef poorboy wasn't like the ones I like in NOLA. My other buddy said chilli dog was ok but the fries are good.

The best place for crawfish in Monroe. They don't skimp you on crawfish with more sausage, potatoes or corn over crawfish. They will do you fair with the serving and the crawfish are nice and spicy.
Todays crawfish were mostly seasoning on the outside. I believe it was 26$ for 3 lbs. They were still okay, just not as good as usual.

Was on a hunt for chargrilled oyster while driving through Louisiana. Found this spot from a google search. Got there on a Saturday night and it was empty but decided to give it a try anyway. Ordered a grilled shrimp salad and oysters. Service was great. Food was mid. Chargrilled oysters a disappointment. Waitress told me that when crawfish is in the place is packed.
