Seated right away! Our server was spectacular. Drinks and food came out promptly and were the best we've eaten at IHOP in some time.The only thing needed is fleshing up of the place. Lightening is dim and could be updated, floors need to be cleaned well, and the food prep area, from what we can see, was cluttered.Overall, it is better than previously experienced.

I probably couldn't say enough about this place. Never a bad experience, food is always amazing and fresh to order. Service is always top notch and your drink never goes empty. You might wait for a bit to get your food, but that's the price of a home cooked to order meal at some places. Very friendly for the kids as well.

I am a creature of habit and ordered the Colorado Omelette. This one looked like all the other IHOPs but for some reason was greasy which I've never had happen before. If you follow me you understand I've been on a carnivore diet for about 9 months and have eaten a lot of Colorado omelets at IHOP from all over and never before had one look or taste like this. Since I only cook at home with real butter, or Tallow and do not use any type of vegetable oil I'm sure what has happened is they went overboard with their cooking oil which caused this omelet to look and taste this way.Don't get me wrong it was not nasty but it was very greasy and did change the taste of the omelet and worst off affected my stomach later on.So now I know if I ever get one at a IHOP that looked this way again I will deny it and be like no do another one and don't make it greasy.Like I said this is a regular menu item farming as it is eggs and all meat. And unfortunately pancakes is not part of the diet.
