It is McDonald's. Food is okay at best. Service is hard to comment on. It depends on who is working at the time. Some of the employees are very pleasant and conscientious of their job, while others can be absolutely rude.

Dine in was closed at 8pm when everywhere I check online it says closes at 11pm. Even on the door to walk in it says 11pm. Why is the dine in closed at 8pm? Because the dine in was closed it was the LONGEST drive thru line I have ever been in. Not that there were a lot of cars, it was just moving at a pace of one car per 5-10 minutes. I waited for 35 minutes in a line of 5 cars.

The slowest fast food your ever ordered. Doesn't matter if your in drive through or inside. Too 10 minutes to get 3 sausage biscuits at 930 am. And it wasn't busy.
Three workers are sitting down and playing on their phones, I'm assuming they're all on break at once. It wouldn't be an issue but there was one person behind the counter with a store full of people. The manager finally came to work the register after we stood in the store for at least 7 minutes without acknowledgment. I suggest having your employees take breaks at different times so they aren't all in the lobby eating their food while we are all waiting to order our food. Also, the bathroom smells awful. Please do a deep cleaning. I won't be eating at this McDonald's and I watched them ignoring DoorDash drivers who are delivering mobile orders. Terrible service!! Also, the monitor says every order is "now serving" when it is actually "in progress" so they are manipulating their wait times.
