Never go here as a Doordasher. Went there twice to pick up an order and stood there for around 20 mins. First time they said they didn't even know they had an order for me. Second time they just refused to make my order cause they said their drive thru was busy. Avoid picking up orders here at all costs.

This is the worst Popeyes we have ever beento. Will never go back. This restaurant needs to be closed... chicken was not seasoned at all.. I returned my dirty rice. It was awful. I got mac & cheese.. Will that was no better.. no need saying but we will never go back. Should have known when there was noone else there at lunch

woman at drive through does not listen, interrupts and is very rude. The reason that the drive through line is so slow with cars backing up is the woman at the drive through does not listen to what is being ordered, keeps asking questions that have already been stated and then when you get up to pay, interrupts when you are talking and is very rude. I'll go someplace else. It's sad because the food is excellent.

The people working there was okay.. they was kinda slow.. waited about 15 minutes for 6 pieces of chicken. The person I was with got a 3 piece white. He got 2 breast and a wing . Plus it was hot, fresh out the grease.

I had an online order. I arrived 20minutes after its designated completion time, and the order was not ready. I waited another 20+ minutes for my food. The professionalism was lacking, the manager seemed very unconcerned that my pickup time was 130, and my order was still not ready post pickup time.. To my way thinking, if you had a customer with an online order that isn’t ready at the predetermined pickup time, address them and let them know what their wait time is. Just because we come inside the establishment does not mean we are in any less of a hurry.

My husband & I stopped by after my Dr.s appointment went thru the drive thru & the attendant would not listen to him he ordered a 1/4lb shrimp meal with fries & drink. My husband wanted chicken nuggets no drink no side no biscuit just nuggets she gave him the meal & we paid for it. I don't understand why she would not sale him just the nuggets? She hands us our drinks were aka t pull around to side. Then we noticed she didn't give us straws I had to walk up to the window to 2 straws. Go back to truck sip on drinks. An attendt came to the car slings our food at us of there are 2 blue trucks. Should have a system in place then as what did we orderSo unprofessional. But we did enjoy oul meals.
