I pulled in the drive-through around 3 in the afternoon with 1 person in front of me. Pulled up to the speaker and was asked to hang on for a minute. It turned into 10 minutes and being ask to hold on again because they were backed up. At this point, I had run out of patience and drove away only to see 1 car at the window. The food is great, but the service sucks!! Unfortunately, service wins every time.

Absolutely terrible experience order was made 30 minutes ago. Waited 10 minutes at the register for someone to acknowledge me. Told I had to continue waiting. I watched the 9 car drive through line empty out the entire time I'm standing at the register. What's the point of a mobile order if my food will take an hour.

I went to the drive thru at Popeyes and the employees wasn't friendly, and the food that i order wasn't the right order. I ordered a two piece mixed with mash potato, and gravy, with a apple pie. I had a two piece dark with fries, and i didn't get my apple pie. So i had to park and i went inside the restaurant to get my apple pie. No one greed me or said I'm sorry for your order. I didn't know about the rest of my food until i went home and i called the manager who was a man i talked to. He told me to bring the food back but i told him i had to go to work and i ate the food anyway. He said I'm sorry after we finish talking. So i hung up the phone.

I was smiling because they were smiling and I had a crummy day! I literally drive from west Monroe to get food here! Whoever the crew leader is. They put together a great team. Just stopped at this location while traveling back home! And this was the most clean amazing customer service popeyes ever.The food was 10/10 hot and fresh! We also ate in the atmosphere in there was great it was clean the bathroom was clean everything was really clean in there! This my first time ever going to a Popeyes location when everything hit on all the boards! LIKE EVER!! That’s very rare in the fast food industry! The general manager there is doing an amazing job with this location keep up the good work!! Most definitely get 10 stars all around for me!

This is the best and most well managed Popeyes to visit n Monroe, Louisiana. The food is always great along with friendly customer service. They also get orders out really fast.
Placed an order, ordered extra sides, got home, 12 miles away, had the correct amount of chicken, was shorted a $6 side, and instead of 8 biscuits, we only had 6. Of course it wasn't convenient to drive all that way back to make it right. If there is a next time, I will ask the window to verify food before they hand it over. Do better, Popeyes.

Since the remodel I went there twice and twice I didn't get what I paid for. If you do go there check your order before leaving. Now I remember why I ve not been to a Popeye in 2 yrs. Southern classic chicken for me.. never going back to Popeyes at least on 165
