I've had a problem with this location before but the last time I went I tried to use a coupon for a 99 cent large drink. They handed these out & they were going to expire on the 14th. The guy didnt really know how to add the coupon. He then talked his his manager, some lady, and they didn't know the mic was still on. She proceeded to tell him don't give me the coupon but make me pay the happy hour price. For no reason. I just left and I haven't been back since.

Super fast drive thru and the nice lady at the window was smiling. So nice to see a smile in the early morning. I’m gonna get her name. She was cool.
Ice cream machine "not working" on multiple occasions. Made the mistake of ordering through the app. No refund ever processed, had to escalate with the sonic app.
Well, being less than a minute from this Sonic, I go here at least once a week! I order through the app, and the employee brings it quickly! Recommend the Blasts.
