I go EVERYDAY and I never know if my macchiato is going to be like I like it due to different baristas. I get it the EXACT SAME WAY EVERYDAY, but 4 out of 7 days, it ain't like I ordered it. I just wish I could get the same barista EVERYDAY ?

amazing customer service from Jay and his team. I did not get my order wrong, but I ordered it wrong and he gave me advice on what to order next and he still gave it for me for free which I'm so grateful for another time. It was very slow and I had to leave for work so I had to come back and get my order and they gave me everything that I needed the next day, I love it. Their drinks are good and they don't lack will you ask for light ice I will be back. Thank you.
My granddaughter and I walked in today and no one acknowledged us. I have never ordered inside so I asked a guy working there where to order and he just didn't even answer. A customer told me where to go and we stood and stood and no one waited on us. After 10 minutes we left. It was clear nobody was going to come take our order.

Love the new fall drinks this year! The Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Expresso with 3Pumps of Cinnamon Dolce added is my favorite ? It will be my iced drink this fall❤️The hot apple crisp Oatmilk Macchiato is good as well. I don't do pumpkin, but my favorite barista talked me into trying a grande chia tea latte made with Oatmilk, 2 pumps of pumpkin and 2 shots of blonde expresso and it was amazing! It will be my hot drink this fall❤️
