This is probably the fifth time this is happened so I’m taking the time to leave a review. This is the worst Starbucks in existence. They will have signs were featured drinks then never have ingredients to make them today. They’re out of lemonade, espresso, and caramel. I’m sure they are out of other stuff that just happened to be ingredients in ones I was trying to order, and they kept telling me they couldn’t make it. Every time you try to get a drink here they are out of at least the first two drinks you have they never have anything in the case as far as food goes extremely poor management.

Everytime I go to this Starbucks, they are out of a lot of things. They do have pretty good customer service though.

I went to the one on "Forsythe" very unprofessional! they only serve people that do mobile orders. they look over the customers in the waiting area."especially" if you look a certain way if u catch my drift! Rude! Tasteless! i don't know if it because they think Forsythe is supposed to be like Major or what but they don't ever have to worry about me and my family again! this was not my first time watching this type of behavior! it's actually disheartening how people treat people because of the color of there skin!

Drink quality was horrible definitely wouldn't suggest. Of course the standard automated reply is they would gladly remake my order... But after waiting 30minutes in line I wasn't about to go back and wait again... I was traveling and it wouldn't have been worth the further delay...

This Starbucks is clearly short staffed, long story short I was traveling and stopped at this location. There was one person (Selena) working the register, welcoming and making the drinks. She handled this long line like a pro, while still delivering excellent yet genuine customer service. Selena is an absolute gem and needs a promotion or a raise! I've never seen anyone like her at a Starbucks.

Terrible service. The young employees stood around and had personal conversations as the line grew to 8 plus people. There’s a definite management problem here. Then they were out of cream, which from the review must happen often.

I'm on a road trip and needed a coffee break, I went in and it was awful, the staff was complaining to customers that there hadn't been a truck in 3 weeks and how so many ingredients were missing from all sorts of drinks, I ended up just getting mocha frappechino with no toppings, no whipped cream, it was terrible too, super bitter, and just a bad after taste as well, this is probably the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks
