Best Subway in this area! I’m here right now. The staff is anxious to please everyone, and the employee working right now just made me the best protein bowl! The dining area is also very clean.

They claim to accept coupons, but once inside (because you also can't use the coupon in the drive-thru) and while placing your order, they then tell you that you can only use them on certain subs. Actually, only the once $5 subs only. The coupons already state which subs are excluded, but THIS location on Lamy Lane goes a step farther and restricts all of the newer subs. Their prices are also higher than other locations in the area. Either accept the coupons as printed, or not at all.Unfortunately, I'm not interested in running a Subway, maybe a Chipotle. Although it was 4 days ago, I don't care if it were 4 months ago. When you replied to my initial complaint, the only thing you made time to address was the service, nothing about my questions on the coupon. And the coupon clearly states participation may vary, not, stores have the right to pick and choose how they can be redeemed. The coupons also explicitly state (so you know before you go) which sandwiches are excluded. I'm only interested in the unwritten policy at your location, not other restaurants; stay on topic. It's the principle...make it CLEAR beforehand, or honor the coupons. Luckily, you're one of many. Happy Day!

Busy today! This store is fairly easy to get into if you plan ahead. Ser ice is usually quick. A big to go order of several sandwiches slowed things down today. Food was food, service was good. Getting out of that parking lot.....a nightmare!

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Service here beyond horrible. The short fat black girl always has an attitude she needs to find another job . Told me she “doesn’t have time for this” because I wanted to use my coupon?lol and when I asked for the manager he was worse than her!!! Quickly disputed that charge lol won’t get no more of my money or service that was a first and last for me

This is hands down my favorite subway in town. The workers are all so kind, warm, and welcoming. The sandwich is ALWAYS bussin. 10/10 recommend.

This Subway is so neat and clean. The staff greets you when you walk thru the door. They have so much repeat business that employees call most customers by name.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggies
