After waiting in line for 20 minutes I finally was able to order. I get to the window to pay and was told that I’d have to pay extra to substitute chili for fries. Never had to do that before.

7-8p fries Luke warm didn't complain...I spoke didn't speak bak..should have checked Burger bcuz it was the wrong one after I drove 15mins away! But they get mad when ur tired and hungry! I'll rather wait til I can catch the morning/noon shift?? always friendly food hot and correct it's just whenever i go in the

I literally just bought food from here and it was cold, for the 3rd time in a month. This use to be a great Wendy's but someone has been fired or something. The food is cold, fries are limp, and there is no longer the atmosphere of welcome when you dine in. The service is still great but something is off. You need to get the manager back, if that's the problem!

Past couple times I've gone to get food from there, I had to wait on the side for them to bring it out to me. Still, it was pretty quick.
My last 3-4 experiences at this Wendy’s have been terrible. Every time they either make me pull up and wait for my order, or back up and pull back up in the drive thru to reset their timer. Then they always forget something whether it’s fries, sauce, or straws. Last night they forgot my large fry, and gave me my large coke in a togo coffee cup because they were out of regular cups allegedly. That didn’t bother me that much. What bothered me was I ordered two medium Frosty’s and they had the AUDACITY to tell me that this was a medium. Honey that’s a small AT BEST. Definitely won’t be going back. Sucks since it’s so close to my house, but I’ll gladly drive to North 18th for better service. 0/10

Highly dissatisfied. Made a mobile order, and someone saw the name it was under and stole the entire order. The manager refused to give us the $50 order that they had made because someone had already picked it up. I won't ever choose to go to that Wendy's again.

The worst location with customer service. I had to repeat my order at both windows after placing it and then I had to pull in a mobile pick up spot to get it. This location always got something going on with employees and customer service.Vegetarian options: Salads and you can get without meat but you still pay the same price??♀️
