The food was cold at 11:00AM so obviously they started cooking early and put them in the heated holders. When I asked for fresh hotter Pattie’s they put it in the microwave. I know this because the bottom was hot and the top ice cold. They should close this Wendy’s down. I work too hard to spend my money where the employees want to get paid for mediocre work.

I just left the drive thru. There were employees arguing extremely loudly amongst each other. The poor lady at the drive thru window attempted to get them to stop. She told them repeatedly that they were yelling in front of customers but they refused to stop. They continued to yell at each other, something about “don’t blame me because you put the order in wrong”, “don’t have an attitude with me”, etc. this went on for several minutes while I was waiting patiently for my food. I told the lady I would file a complaint, she told the girls that I was going to file a complaint and one girl said “that’s fine. Wow, I will never go there again!! I really don’t need to listen to girl fights on my lunch. It seems when they knew I could hear, they just talked louder. It was extremely TRASHY!
