Ordered the smoked boneless wings and we received fried chicken nuggets. Definitely not worth $20! Tasted like frozen nuggets from Walmart. Highly disappointed.

Placed a to go order and they didn’t get anything right. Missing meat from my two meat plate and no sides when I ordered mac and cheese and baked beans. $30 order to get literally nothing. Tried calling, phone is off. Tried to go in before closing to get my remaining food, they’re supposed to be open until 9, doors are locked, no food available. Would give 0 stars if I could. Very upsetting.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would!!! Do NOT waste your time doing a mobile order! They will give you whatever they feel like and not apologize! Then once you get home their phone is disconnected so you drive back up there for NOTHING!! NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!

1st time visit. Had a baked potato stuffed with brisket. Oh man the meat was delicious!!! Unfortunately the potato was over cooked or old. Had a sample of the chicken as well and it was great. I will definitely give it another try!

I just had an almost $400 order that was canceled that I was having for a new years party. The lady that just answered my phone call said that they never seen the order, but my credit card was charged and plus I received a text message saying that they could not fill my large order. I put this order in like they said 4 hours. They just lied to me and just didn't fill it. My son order at less twice a week using Doordash so they are just lieing. I will never do business with this restaurant ever again and will pass the word because the employees are dishonest.

12/12/23 The manager was impatient on hurrying up on side orders. The brisket and pulled pork sandwich was room temperature. The same with my wife’s stuffed potato. They forgot to bring the fries to out table once ready. Poor experience all

Orders are wrong nearly every time. Food very good but you'd like to get what you ordered. Are ribs not obviously different from brisket? Ribs have a BONE! Brisket doesn.'t! Beans are red/bown, potato salad is beige/yellow. LOOK AT WHAT YOU PUT IN THE TO GO BOX!If you order to go, open all the containers and check BEFORE you leave the drive thru.Training is sorely lacking

Working out of town thought I would get some Uber eats. So I found dickeys barbecue, thinking yeah I could do with some good barbecue and I could have unfortunately dickeys did not fit that description. I never do this, but the food was quite disappointing. Got the three meat plate and I did not have a drop of seasoning anywhere on the brisket the ribs or the pulled pork. The meat was tender. Just didn’t have any flavor seasoning or smoke. But I will give them this. They’re consistent because the coleslaw and potatoes didn’t have seasoning either. Good news is the pecan pie was decent. If I were them I would continue buying it from the store they bought it from.

I ordered the barbecue bone-in wings, some hand-cut fries, fried okra, and some some ribs today (08/12/2023) from this location (Mossbluff, LA.) at 5:10 P.M. as part of my order.They charged me for the barbecue bone in wings, but they gave me some type of dried fried chicken nuggets instead. They did not give me my fries either. The ribs were hard to chew.I called to report that I didn't receive my fries and that the order was wrong. I was informed that they were out of barbecue bone-in wings so they made the choice to replace my order of barbecued wings by some fried boneless chicken nuggets (which costs $4 less than what I paid)!The employee on the phone said they were going to refund my money for the fries and call me to confirm. They never called.Overall, it was a very bad experience with the food and the service. $47 not well spent, unfortunately!

Ice cream machine is always "broken" at this location. Food is hit or miss, when it's good it's decent BBQ, but they always seem to be out of something I try and order.

Ordered through Active Menus- that service was great! My food from Dickey's was just ok. Chicken was dry & bun fell apart.

The order wasn't done correctly. The slice pork was a chunk cut and weighed and put in container. The other order was placed in container incorrectly as well. Worker need to be more concerned about what they serve than their selves. So I give it a 2 star for customer service and cares. I feel it weighs more.
