Very Expensive and I asked for Mild for the chicken wings cause my wife had a stroke and can't have anything spicy but ended up with spicy.

Very little flavor and seasoning. Fries are the best part of the meal. I think they bake the burgers or something. Takes forever to get your food and it's way over priced. You have to get them fully dressed your just getting very bland baked meat burger. Won't be going back again.

To much hype. Claimed the philly burger was huge and would be better to split. Half is literally like a 4 to 5 bite size. Wth is that and it tasted like meat loaf and bland little flavor but lost of grease. Wife couldn't even eat hers. The shake was way smaller and looked nothing like the pic they advertise. Whataburger is better that this place and for the price. Not worth it. Won't be back. Way to much hype.
The service was really good everyone there was nice and helpful. My only issue was the food and the pricing. 2 kids burgers with fries rung up to be $30, it wasn't even seasoned that well to say anything was worth $30. Very dry, just go to Wendy's and get 10 burgers for that price.

We order here a lot, and it seems like the service, and communication has gone down. When we order online and we go to pick up, it shouldn't take an additional 10 minutes or more to get our order(never had this issue before). I show up 15 to 20 minutes per your instructions, and now it suddenly takes additional 10 plus minutes to get our orders.When I asked about why the service has been less than, the last few times, I'm told it is because they drop the fries as we get there. That's a first for me, being told that. She had sass as well. Which is to be understood, I gave attitude and was not happy.The turn over for employees is really an issue as well. Not real sure what is the issue lately, but it's not good business.We don't have a lot of options in this area. Would be cool, if individuals within the food industry actually took customer service seriously. Be proud of what you do, or do something else.
