I like the people, they are great, however I wish the espresso in the coffee was consistent. I used to be a barista and espresso is only good for 10 seconds before it needs to be mixed with something before it starts turning bitter. So the taste of it is either fantastic, or so bitter you can't taste anything. It's an easy fix, just push the espresso button last after the steamed milk instead of first. I hope this was helpful
They are constantly out of things and I was told they don’t have espresso? My drink wasn’t bad. But I’m from Washington so my standards are high.

I used to be a barista and espresso is only good for 10 seconds before it needs to be mixed with something before it starts turning bitter. So the taste of it is either fantastic, or so bitter you can't taste anything. It's an easy fix, just push the espresso button last after the steamed milk instead of first. I hope this was helpful
