Great small location. I haven't seen a CFA like this in a long time. They do it old school by leaving out the sauces so you can get what you want.

I ordered my food and was waiting 15 minutes already and the guy from the back came up and said they were out of nuggets. So i had to wait an additional 20 minutes just to get my food. They close at 9:00 and told people they were out of nuggets and their ice cream machine was down at 7:30

Today (3/14/23) I went to my fav place for lunch around 3-4. Drove for an hr It was the one and only bad experience I’ve ever had! I ordered 2original meal deals. The chicken was burned so bad we couldn’t eat them we were half way home before opening the sandwich so couldn’t go back. The 4 girls at the drive thru were not friendly nor professional. Bad experience for sure

Managemnent should definitely be keeping their eyes on this location..Simple small breakfast order to 15 mins after I went up to ask where it was bc other people got food before me that ordered just a few mins after. My has browns came smashed into the box, falling apart. Other customers were taking their food back up bc things were constantly wrong.Employees are just screwing around and yelling back and forth to the kitchen and singing. No Wi-Fi in hereDon’t ever usually write reviews bc I’m sure corporate/owner management would want to know what’s going on unless they don’t really care! Hope it’s not the latter

If you want breakfast from chic fila I suggest going to the chic fila on Keyser Avenue because the service was terrible. I asked for 2 chic fila entrees(#1) and they gave me 2 chic fila minis (#2). After my order they continued to make mistakes with other orders and the crew didn’t work well together

Girl taking order chatting with friends and making people behind in line wait and wait. Then girls at pickup window flirting with young man who had his door open showing them his bottles of liquor. They laughed and talked for 10 minutes. All of our food was cold. I love Chickfila, but this was worst I've ever been to.
