It was amusing to me, as someone who prefers their food well-done, grilled to perfection, and thoroughly cooked on the inside with a satisfying char on the outside. However, it seems that others do not share my appreciation for this level of doneness. Nonetheless, the food was excellent overall. I had the ultimate pasta with chicken and shrimp, which was delightful. My appetizer was bone-in lemon pepper wings, and this is where things became humorous. The first batch arrived at the table looking lukewarm and undercooked, so I politely requested that they be returned to the kitchen. The server returned to ask how I would like them cooked this time, and he jokingly suggested "color purple burnt or what?" I laughed, understanding that he meant no harm, and the wings were cooked to my satisfaction after that. The entire experience left a positive impression on me and made for an enjoyable evening.

We waited over an hour for our meal, we never got asked if we needed refills, I had to flag someone to get refills, I said something to the manager, he just said it's crazy today. There is NEVER an option excuse for bad service. Then they messed up our ticket, they didn't even offer to comp our chips while we waited over an hour for our meals, this is the worst experience I've ever had at a Chili's. I just don't know how you can still be open with service like this.

We didn't have to wait long to be seated. Our server was exceptional! The manager however, was horrible! We didn't want the street corn because it looked bad and he started arguing with us, then after he left he came back and started off with "ok, if everyone is cooled down now" then asked us to leave, but still pay for our food when we hadn't even eaten yet because the kids were already finished with their food by the time the adults got ours! That guy has no business managing anything but his head shaving!!

New Years night 2024. Upon arrival me and my small family of 2-3 adults and one young child, with only a few tables full we had to wait almost 30 minutes to get seated. After long wait upon being seated then they tell us they were short of staff. After being seated we admediately started to order, then they didn’t have half of the food that was on the menu. By far I have had the worst experience in this place tonight. The staff is arrogant and not friendly at all. They all seem depressed and unprofessional. I give them a 3 out of 10 for tonight’s service.Parking: N/A

The food was not great. The nacho chips were extraordinarily greasy. The fajitas were bland. The checkout kiosk was horrible. I give a lot to charity. Stop assaulting and potentially embarrassing me with this when I am trying to relax and check out at your restaurant. You are trying to appear virtuous on my dime. Designate money from your profits to charity and stop asking me. I will give where I choose. Also, give me a printed receipt. Your damn little machine, which had to be switched out because the first didn't work, didn't give me the option of having a printed receipt. Instead, the only options were email receipt or no receipt. I don't need more spam email. Where is common courtesy in the service industry these days. At least I wasn't asked for a tip before the meal, as some places are now doing.

We waited for 40 minutes to get our Appetizer and a cup of soup. Waitress did'nt check on us until we ask then still just excuses to why it was taking so long. We were told we would get a discount but they could even get that right. We ask for a manager someone came she didn't a t like a manager and she would walk by and payed no attention to us or e even ask how things were. Our meal should have been free!!! Bad bad customer service!!!!!!!

The waiter was great. But we got our to go food before our fries for the burger combo. Then I finally got my first drink about 15 minutes before we left. Deliberately drank it and then put it on the corner of the table. No refill the whole hour that we were there.

Service not the best, food was decent but the server brought out the wrong drinks for us and just seemed to care less about anything. Didn't expect it to be like an awesome experience but could have been better.

Our server was fantastic but the rest of the experience was terrible. We waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged at the door and had to request to be seated. Once we got the bartenders attention he seated everyone waiting at the door. We then waited 45 minutes for food, when it did come out, my husband's food was cold and had obviously been under a heat lamp for some time. Kudos to the front of house for their service but the whole establishment needs better management.
