Piss poor service. Waited over an hour for my food. Then when I went inside to ask them where’s my food they couldn’t “find” my order. So when I asked about a refund they said they couldn’t refund if there wasn’t an order. So basically the staff got free pizza and I’m out money. Haven’t had an issues with them until now. I’ve worked in the service industry myself and this is honestly sad at how the manager handled the situation. Maybe had I gotten irate they would have done something. That usually does the trick but what’s the use?

I went in when they were training all the new employees, when I got my pizza, it was amazing from the toppings on the pizza to the cheese, all the way to the crust highly recommend.

I have always liked their pizza. Still do. Unfortunately, the dine in experience at the Natchitoches Pizza Hut on Keyser is non-existent. We ate there this past Saturday, they have no servers, you must order at the counter and they will bring it to you. The you lady brought our pizzas, but with no plates and no napkins. Their drink machine has been out of order for at least several months. The Keyser Avenue Pizza Hut used to be our go to Friday night place. We rarely go any longer. The quality is not as good as it once was, and the service is nonexistent.

Ordered a pizza for delivery, 2 hours later I called and it apparently was “never picked up by doordash” forcing me to pick it up myself. And then they wouldn’t even give a slight discount for a COLD PIZZA and service they did halfway.Be aware they outsource your delivery, and do not care for their customers.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 11am...for them not to be ready for pick up at 12 pm....to be told rudely that they only have 2 ppl working well damn pizza take about 10 mins to run thru the oven ...about 5 to make ...and 2 ppl couldn't make 2 pizzas in an hour you need to close down
I always have problems out of pizza hut on Keyser weather it's incomplete orders, canceled orders, poor customer service or even getting sick from the food. It's a same because I normally like pizza hut
