Great professionalism. I received the wrong order via delivery. The woman who answered the phone took every step in correcting this and even sent it via delivery again. The corrected order was one of the best I've gotten.

Delivery takes over an hour now (last order, they said it was out for delivery and when I called after 40 min, it hadn't actually left the store), pizzas come uncooked, orders are jacked up (sometimes you get more than you order, sometimes less), some of the staff are rude (but some are exceptionally nice, so I'll give them that +)..

This place is not professional i ordered food for my disabled patient the food was thrown together it looked as if it had been taken out of the trash and reheated he had to throw it away because it wasn't edible. He had this problem before with these people but he's not a problematic person so he said let it go i don't like it who ever did he's food that your an animal. It was greasy,dry,and hard

Best pizza hut experience I've ever had was at this store! The manager, Ashley, came out while we were waiting and really made us feel at home. The guy that took my order was very polite. The register girl was also so nice. The combination of all these things and having the best tasting pizza is rare to find. I'll definitely be back to this one on University!

Every time I call this pizza hut the only good thing I ever get out of the situation is a cheaper meal at another restaurant. I have struggled to say anything about their sub par customer service, my food is cold, and it never shows up or may show up 45min-an hour later than expected
