Disgusting on so many levels. Ordered through the kiosk which was beyond filthy. Ordered crunchy Supreme tacos and the shells tasted very stale. No my husband and I have very bad stomach aches and non stop #2. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT EAT HERE.

Went in to order food and was told the lobby was closed by a light skinned young man as he was laughing and 2 other young girls being disrespectful and laughing with him. It was 3 in the afternoon I knew he was lying because there was a customer waiting for there food. I left because I don't try to reason with ignorance. I will be calling corporate and making them aware of the situation. I will never go back to this location.

We come to taco bell and they got a customer in the lobby but then when my girlfriend went to go inside everybody that works there told her that they were closed and the manager employees lol ? at my girlfriend and then when I went inside there they told me that they were closed at 3pm with there customer on the phone waiting for his order look we from michigan and I try to call ? to get a hold of the manager and they never picked up the phone ? so if your lobby is closed then your doors ? need to closed and locked ? up to this taco bell was being racist to me and my girlfriend.

We were missing an item from our order. The server wanted to argue that she gave us that item. When we tried to explain that one came with a combo meal , but we ordered a second one she got all huffy and begrudgingly made the item.
Not enough customer service works. Some chips were stale and dry. There is not enough condiments on the food. According to the manager that's the way we do it now. BRING BACK THE BIG TACO SHELL FOR THE TACO SALAD.

Ordered a burrito that wasn't supposed to have any meat in it at 11PM, the time is important here because the first bite had a huge piece of bacon in it. What's fun about that is I don't eat meat. Lord knows where the bacon came from but it must've been sitting there all day because they stop serving breakfast at 11AM. The rest of the food was soggy and mostly wrong, had to go back in because they forgot two of the items the first time. The workers must be illiterate or just straight up don't care, probably both. Absolutely disgusting and awful experience, I won't be wasting my money here and suggest you don't either.
